Ryan, the young man who owns this establishment is courteous, kind, and honest. He fixed the crazy wiring on my husbands truck that was all messed up when someone attached a plow and lights. This was a wiring job that we took to Firestone in Auburn and was told they couldn't figure it out, after they had it for hours and charged us $100. But Ryan did it! I recently called him to ask about new tires for my Camaro. He gave me different options and actually read me the details from one of the tires. He led me in a direction and gave me his opinion but never told me what to actually choose. Good mechanics are hard to come by and honest mechanics, even harder! But if you give Anything Automotive a try, you will find a great young man running a superb business who will be totally real with you and perfectly repair your vehicle!

We LOVE John's Auto!…read more My wife and I had an engine issue while we were on the highway and were able to make it to this safe haven of assistance! Jason was extremely kind, ran the codes to diagnose our issue, and provided us with a full report, including potential options we could take -- all within 10 minutes and without charging us a single cent! He closed up shop while we were sitting in the parking lot waiting for a tow to take us to a dealership, and before leaving, he stopped by our car to double check we were okay before he left for the night. What a gentleman! Our experience couldn't have been better! If you ever have a need with your car, I highly recommend John's Auto Service!

They are prompt, courteous, and troubleshoot problems, to find solutions, in a most expeditious manner. Even more impressive is their honesty, they are quick to tell you if your automobile is in fine working order. I took my car in today, with photos to show the leaking coolant I found on my garage floor. After taking the time to thoroughly check all pipes, fittings, etc. and some discussion (detective work) we realized that it was the second car in the garage that likely had a leak. They would not take a penny for the work they did to set my mind at ease. I highly recommend John's Auto in Charlton!

The manager didn't handle it any better--he said he would email the owner and that I'd hear back, but no one ever followed up. They need to seriously talk to Lou about how he speaks to customers. I will not tolerate being treated with such disrespect. Very disappointing.

I, as well as my Husband have been going to Five Star Automotive for years. I fully trust Scott's work. He is one of very few honest to goodness business owners who can be trusted. He does good business and has a great team working for him. His competitive pricing is amazing too! I never have to worry about my vehicles I have taken to him. He has helped us out so many times. He's got a great big heart. We're the average poor family these days with kids and he has given us breaks because had we gone anywhere else we would have been paying a heck of a lot more. He does great things for people and our community. I am forever grateful for him. I don't ever want to take any vehicle I own to anyone else. What Scott says is 100% trusted and there is no better place! He's a busy guy and it can take a while to get in for service. But often times I will drop my vehicle off on a Sunday night and be ready to come get it a day or two later. And that's quite alright with me!! They have been really good to us. All great people. Friendly and I swear I could give them all a hug. We tell everyone we see to go to Scott. It's not just about business for Scott, he gives his all and he cares about people. It truly is a fantastic business! You must go to 5 star! We love them!!!
