The repair cost was better than most of the other places I had gotten quotes from (before my wife told me to go to them) and the price they quoted was the price I paid (not at all a guarantee from a lot of places I've been to in the past). After getting an estimate, I wasn't sure where to go so I called Cote Collision and Val told me to come on down. He said he could take the car in a few days. This was great as I did not have rental insurance. When the car was done, it looked great. We were so glad it looked like new. Then, 3 weeks later, a second deer ran into the same quarter panel of the same car. I called Val back and told him that all his good work would need to be done again. Once again, Val and Nick did a great job and the car looks new once more. In the end, not only would I recommend them, but I went back to them three weeks after my first experience. I experienced a very obvious dent about the size of your fist on the fender my brand new Subaru (six days old). I called a couple of traveling dent removal specialist but no one was able to respond quickly. I reached Authur who traveled all the way from Worcester to the World Trade Center in the Seaport District of Boston the next morning. It took him about an hour to completely remove the dent so that it could not be seen even under the best of light. He actually had a unique lighting system which showed even the slightest imperfection and none could be seen. He actuallly showed me a couple of imperfections of the original factory work using the system. I am a very particular person when it comes to my cars and would recommend Arthur to anyone even to work on the highest priced luxury vehicles. As an aside, I will relate to you that Authur would only take cash or a check. I was about $8 short on cash and he would not let me go to a friend across the room to borrow the addtional funds. He called it even. I got the money anyway but he still would not take it. I think I came out on the plus side...a great job at a great price. Arthur is a true magician and an Artist in his industry. I don't understand how he doesn't it, metal flows back in shape like there was nothing there. They had me drop off the car after hours and were very accommodating. I had to get my rear passenger door replaced. It took 4 weeks, which to me is a little longer than what I've been told. I think 2-3 weeks is more average, but the insurance company paid for the rental so it didn't matter. Other than that, the process was very streamlined and easy. And my car came back to me cleaner with a perfect door!

In 11/2024 I had this business repair my Starter Module in my 2004 Buick Regal LS, it came with a…read moreone year warranty, almost exactly one year later this part broke, called the business and they came out and got my car, when i returned for the car i was surprised to find they put in a "Crank Sensor" in my car, again i was given a warranty on this part too. I picked up the car, drove 5 miles up the street and went into a store for a hot coffee, when i returned to the car, it wouldn't start, when i called the shop yet again, i was greeted with a very frustrated manager on the phone "that part was brand new, i dont know why it broke", still under warranty i asked them to repair it, this time upon recieving my car, i drove it straight home due to being very ill, i got in the car 4 days later to go to my doctor's appointment and the car refused to start once again. at this point i asked to speak with the owner or get a full refund for the faulty/poor work they did on my car and im still waiting for a response. i've called every single day and i'm told the owner Christopher Remillard was notified of the problem and would be calling me back soon. It has been a full week and on going i have heard nothing, meanwhile the manager "Mike" wants to hook my car up for more testes and parts, thus milk me for yet more money to repair my car, and has refused to offer to repair the broken part.or give me a refund on the faulty/poor repair job, DONT TRUST THIS SHOP, and i will report them to the BBB if this problem/refund is not taken care of properly, DONT BE A VICTIM!!
