Awful service. They don't like working on older cars. I brought my car in for an alignment after…read moreall four struts were replaced. One of their service guys threw a fit about the age of the vehicle, and the fact that the steering rack was leaking. I was aware of the leak, but it wasn't worth the expense to have it repaired. Then he proceded to rudely mention everything he possibly could list off that was wrong with the car. He actually mentioned that there was a zip tie holding the ABS sensor wire out of the way. Seriously?!? Have these guys ever worked on an old car? When a little tab that holds a wire in place rusts away, I'm not going to replace frame members just to secure a wire! A zip tie works just fine! So, after enduring his litany of complaints, and rudeness, he deliberately misaligned my car. When I drove it in, it was tracking straight. After I got it back from them, I had to turn the wheel about a quarter turn left to get the car to track straight while driving. I brought it to another shop 2 days later who re-aligned it for me. They also gave me a printout of the adjustments they made and strongly suggested I return to Country auto with their paperwork to demand a refund! Needless to say, after they were done with the car it tracked straight again and I will NEVER go back to country auto!

I had it "fixed" by a Jeep body shop at Brigham Gill Jeep in Natick which took the situation from bad to worse. Mismatching panels, over spray on the inside of the doors, chipped torque screws, and just a shabby experience all around....oh! And the bubbling of the paint returned in less than a year. Great stuff... Anyway, decided to try a different dealer that had an amazing collision center...Herb Chambers of Millbury. Unfortunately I was not allowed to use their Collision Center as I wasn't in an accident, but was sent to Audette's Auto Body. Divine Intervention. Norman and team are outstanding! The phone is always answered politely and coherently...you can hear the smile on the other end. Norman is informative, and completely honest with what he expects out of the repair. I picked up my Jeep today and it's better than new. The highest recommendation I can give is that even if I were to have work which required me to pay out of pocket, I would go there in a heartbeat, and I live nowhere near!!!

Bob started the process with my insurance company and was able to complete the repair in a very reasonable time frame. All repair work was logged and the report provided to me is very detailed. Also, when a local auto repair shop noticed evidence of a leak in the area that was just repaired, Bob immediately took the car into his shop and thoroughly evaluated the situation. Kilcoyne, me, and the local repair shop, Premier auto repair, agreed that it was no longer an active leak. Kilcoyne does great work. And stands by their work. I don't plan on getting into an accident, but if I do, Kilcoyne is my first choice to do the repair.
