Bruin came recommended highly to me by a friend of mine. We received multiple quotes for the job and Bruin's was by far the best for a set of new double hung Harvey windows. Bill was great in coming out for the measurements and getting us the quote. It was simple to secure the job as we could make the deposit by credit card. Bruin's office stayed in touch to let us know of the timeframe for the job. Their crew showed up on time on the scheduled day and finished even faster than we assumed. They also cleaned up nicely. That decision turned out to be one of the best moves I've made so far. The experience started with their on-site consultation (BD) which was extremely thorough. The rep carefully documented every single one of my needs/preferences and quickly turned around a draft 3D rendering of the proposed siding, which allowed me to visualize the project and modify things that didn't quite suit the house, etc. Later the rendering served as an invaluable reference for tracking progress towards accurate installation of the siding and trim. Once we launched the project, the team started a group chat, including the entire core team (BD, project manager, and the owner), so everyone was always in the loop on the project at all times. If I had *any* questions, they responded immediately, even on the weekend. In my experience, this level of transparency and accessibility is unheard of in construction projects like this. The owner, Yuk, is absolutely outstanding, a paragon of business owner excellence who clearly values client satisfaction. Definitely want to comment on the actual site team, who produced very high quality work, and were super courteous and friendly (which is especially appreciated when you have neighbors who have to live through a construction project this big). The door jamb was not flush with the drywall by 3/4". According to the manufacturer of the door, Thermatru, this was an incorrect installation. Paul Nutile, the owner of the company, was very unprofessional in all of his communication and refused to fix the poor install. When I took him to small claims court, he cursed at me in the courtroom like a child.
