They provided a schematic of how the door would look, and an easy to understand and competitively priced project proposal. The proposal also detailed several options we were considering, including 1/2" glass. We opted to move forward with Pioneer, they estimated it would take approximately three weeks to order our custom door. Just under three weeks later, our door arrived and was installed a few days later. There were no issues, the measurements were correct, door looked great and worked perfectly and swings easily, all 90 pounds of glass. And the 1/2" glass gives the shower a high-end look and feel. We'd be delighted to work with them again on our next glass related project.

An acceptable price quote was submitted and accepted after minimal negotiation. A half down payment got the fabrication underway with an agreeable installation target date established. My name is Telma Fernandes, my husband is Johnny Fernandes, we are building a new house in Swansea…read moreMassachusetts and after searching for a modern stile of stairs we found London Glass and mirror, so we get in touch with Eddie Sampaio and he was very responsive on the phone and came the next day to take measurements on what needs to be done, the next day he contacted us with the total price of (11,000) 5,500 for the steps and 5,500 for the glass and railings. Eddie Sampaio asked for half of the money that is on the contract  than after stairs and steps was complete he wanted the other half  to order the glass and finish the job, we sai ok because we trusted him and we had a contract and his insurance information so was nothing to worry about, so we asked the buider Rob Kfoury to give us the allowance for the stairs 5,500 and on April 27th 2021 Eddie sampaio was paid, after a couple of weeks he called me saying the the glass hardware was going up 2500 in the next month so pay now the other 5,500 or next month will be 8,000for the glass and hardware,  we said ok thats not what is on the contract but we want the stairs done and we paid him cash because he came and get the money the same day. We already have a lawyer working on the case and getting sued and he doesn't care , and another thing giving us a fake insurance bond its a crime but i gues he doesn't know whats waiting for him. After all its paid he scheduled like 5 times to come and install the stairs and all 5 times he always had something to say to not come,after this he won't answer the phone or texts and he sent a text message to me and my husband saying to stop contacting him that he is done with us. We have the closing date in 1 or 2 weeks and we still have no stairs and he is not coming  but he has 11,000 dollars for a job that was never done.

If I could give them zero stars, I would…read more Their quote for a glass shower enclosure was competitive however the installation and service from London Glass has been a nightmare. Some of the problems we experienced: Our shower was supposed to be "frameless" and was installed with a frame on one side. The unskilled installers got silicone everywhere and scratched the glass trying to adjust the door (and the door still does not fit properly). Rubber door gaskets don't fit and keep falling off. Although London Glass offers a 5 year guarantee, service calls go unanswered and they have a revolving door or employees so every time we call, we have to repeat our request for service and nobody ever calls back. Our issues were allegedly escalated to the owner, Eddie, but he has not bothered to return any of our calls to correct these issues. *** Bottom line, avoid doing business with this company!!
