He took notes. Explained the process, details and timing. Gave me an estimate that came in right to the dime. He arranged for Enterprise to pick me up and I dropped the car after the repair. No problems. No "oh, this is going to cost you more than the estimate...' phone calls. Only one small complication (they had to keep the car an extra day for paint to dry) was resolved with a simple one day reimbursement of my car rental fee. Gosh! We showed up around 8:30am on a Thursday for an estimate on both cost and timing - which were great. We dropped the car off the next day (Friday) and had it back the next Thursday morning at 8am -- which matched the original timing estimate they gave for the size of the work. Vinny went above and beyond to make all the work happen in the timeframe! On top of making our door look like new, they also vacuumed our rugs and mats plus gave the car and rims a wash. However, after picking up my car, I called to get the contact information needed for my insurance claim. The receptionist was again so blunt and unpleasant to speak with that I decided not to bother him again--including asking my follow-up question about the second car. This place may actually be good for repairs, but I will not be returning because of how I felt every time I walked into the office.
