I have to say, I was very happy with this place, particularly the service of the mechanics that work there and their willingness to help me, despite my strange requests. That's the short story. The long story is, I noticed a very unpleasant smell in my car (a few months after I spilled some bean juice in my car, and I thought I had cleaned it up). It seemed to be coming from the back seat, so I went crazy trying to mask/clean it. i used baking soda, whole bottles of Fabreeze, even bleach, still no luck. Finally, I decided I had to look underneath my seat (its a bench seat) to see if there was some kind of bean juice cesspool growing down there. Now, I have no idea how to get this seat up, so I had no choice but to swallow my embarrassment and ask help from someone that would know. I'm sure these guys thought I was crazy, but they were very nice to me all the same, and obliged my request to pull the seat up. They didn't notice it at first, but when they pulled up a cloth sound barrier, it hit them like a wall! They recommended I replace it and even called dodge to see if they had a part for me, but they couldnt find it. I endued up wiping down the underside of the seat and bleaching the sound barrier. Car has smelled fine ever since! So basically, I was just really happy that these guys were willing to help me and didnt give me as many strange looks as I probably deserved. This may have not been a typical car problem, but I could tell by how they treated me and carried themselves that they were professionals.

They have appointments open constantly and 'reservations' are easy to make. In terms of quality, I have been in there twice--once because my 'check engine' light lit up and the other for the 45,000 mile routine maintenance--and the results couldn't have been better. Problems are discovered quickly and solutions are provided even faster. What sets theCARS Company apart from any other car shop I've been to is their customer care. Point in case: recommending a cheap buff-and-polish job for the many bumps and scratches on my car as opposed to an extremely expensive paint job. Need another example? They offer discounts and coupons constantly. They don't hide them from you. In fact, make sure to politely ask if they have any available and they will respond honestly. Believe me, they've got your back and they're looking to protect your wallet. They seem genuinely interested in your best interest and not on making a quick buck. Very professional, well-organized, and reasonable prices: what else could you ask for?

Although they are certified to repair electric vehicles, they weren't able to (which is understandable) so they had it towed to a dealership for my make of car (also understandable). However, instead of towing it to one a few miles away in a neighboring town where we bought it, they towed it to LEOMINSTER, where it remains, three months later, at a shop that is barely working on it and hasn't figured out what's wrong with it. When I asked the guys why they had it towed to Leominster, they said that they had a relationship with them, which I'm sure is true, but is a terrible reason to send a car 50+ miles away to a shop that is unprofessional and won't complete the repairs in a timely manner. Initially, Medford Auto Group also tried to give me back the car when there was a warning message on the startup screen, telling me that it "should go away while driving" and to bring it back if it didn't. Well, it didn't go away, and instead I got stranded when the car wouldn't even open with the manual key and it had to be towed again. That they were willing to say "hey good enough, don't worry about this warning light" and send me on my way with the car was pretty unprofessional. Because the car needed more work at that point, we had it taken directly to the dealership, but our dealer won't touch it because it was already taken to a different dealership, so back to Leominster it went. I have no doubt that if you have an uncomplicated repair this place can take care of it fine. But if it requires any kind of work outside their wheelhouse, expect them to prioritize their relationships over the customer experience.

I was deceived by the positive reviews and the fact the body shop looked fairly new . My 2016 Toyota Highlander was hit on the driver's side and needed repair on the front fender, side mirror ,driver's door ,passenger door , rear quarter panel , rear bumper , rear wheel . When i dropped my vehicle , i was told it would take about two to three weeks to have repaired . Vehicle was left on a Monday with the insurance check . I went back to get something in the car on Thursday and 60% of the work was already done . The other 40% took another 2 months !!! When the time came to pick my car , My weathertech winter mats were gone ! Rear bumper had over 1 inch gap from the quarter panel , the bottom of passenger door had a gap of over 2 inches from the body of the vehicle .It was supposed to be completely closed( This is unbelievable ! ) , Driver seatbelt was jammed , happened when they tried to fix the gap on the passenger door , the car had a nasty cigarette odor inside (Car was bought new and no one ever smoked inside ) . I told them to fix what was wrong and gave them another week . When i came to pic it up again i notice a scratch on the passenger door that was replaced .They tried to buff it out but couldn't . I also notice they painted over a dent on the front fender and a dent on the driver door that they were supposed to fix and Instead of installing i new side mirror (paid by the insurance ) they just replaced the glass on the old one that got hit and now it's falling apart because the glue they used couldn't hold it together( This i noticed two months after pick up as the glue weakened ) . The gas tank lid wasn't even painted on the inside and they had to do it over . They also left my engine compartment covered in bodyshop dust ! They also left overspray on windshield ( Professional places always go over and remove overspray ) .When i left the vehicle i told them to take a good care of the car that i would leave a great review about it . That's how they took care of it . Positive reviews can left by friends , employees , family members and people who don't know how to inspect their vehicles so be careful in what you chose to believe . I took the car home and after noticing other faults in different light conditions i went back to tell them what kind of review i'd be leaving . One of the managers told me that i caused the dents on the front fender and driver door . Then i showed him that there was no damage to the clear coat and paint and the dents were clearly ignored by the bodyman . When I got my car back, I found several problems, including peeling paint, loose windows, and poorly installed doors that made rattling noises. I had to return my car multiple times because every time I picked it up, I found new issues. When I complained about the peeling paint, they gave me a small bottle of touch-up paint and told me to repaint it myself if it peeled again. I also discovered that my insurance company had paid to replace parts such as the front bumper and the door handle, but they were never replaced. The side mirror was simply glued back on. After I confronted them, they admitted the mistake, ordered the parts, and finally installed them, causing even more delays. This review is based on my personal experience. I cannot recommend this shop to anyone who expects quality repairs, professionalism, and attention to detail.

A couple of guys came out, looked at the car, took the VIN, all my personally identifiable information and gave it to their boss... who promptly told me he won't do it because he doesn't use customer provided front bumpers. Apparently customer provided OEM bumpers don't work just the bumpers he orders. It's his shop and that's fine. What's not fine was that he wasted an hour of my time for something he literally could have said in a Yelp message. And now I'm left wondering what they plan on doing with my VIN, home address, phone number, and e-mail. I just read his response. I literally had never been to this area of Tewksbury before let alone his shop.

Someone did small but important damage to my Ford Fusion. It was important because it would prevent the car from passing inspection due to a damaged headlight and fog light. The surrounding sheet metal and bumper had some minor damage, too. It would be impossible to see any sign of the damage or repair. There are other good body shops in the area but Body Works is the best, based on my two experiences.
