They did make a mess of a parking lot, as what happens when you do that type of thing, but my neighbors started crying because the dirty water was running on to the freshly painted lines. I let them know and the guy turned around and came back and did a spray down of the entire dirty area in the parking lot right away. My only recommendation is if you get a mobile detailing, just put your car in a spot where the nearby area can get dirty for a bit until it rains so your neighbors don't also cry :) I probably should have parked at the very end of the lot, so it's more my mistake than theirs, but they took care of it right away.

I put it right down 5 seconds later then I saw him looking at the camera I wave it at it. He seemed to get really mad at me and my friend just for waving the camera he kicked us out I asked why but as soon I asked why, he picked up something similar to a taser. We come back a week later just to get gum and a drink just to see the same guy, I picked up the gum and say "should we get this" my friend says "yes" we were about to pay and the same guy says "I remember you two get out and leave" again I ask why but he starts yelling at me. I proceed to leave and put down the gum. A paying customer just trying to get something gets yelled at. 5 star shell? More like 1 star shit. Then I was referred here by my boyfriend (his dad has purchased 3 cars from here), and I'm so glad we came to check it out! I know it seems a little off the beaten path, but it's definitely worth the drive. The owner, Mark, was awesome to work with. He was very straight forward and knew all the details about any vehicle we had a question about. He was also a very nice guy (which I realized is VERY important when buying a car as I had a horrible experience down the street). All the cars were also very clean and well taken care of. All the prices reflect exactly what you get, and there are no extra fees later on. This was my first car purchase so it was great that he made it so easy and straight forward. My car overall was a GREAT deal. All the vehicles are fairly priced, but are negotiable. I did a lot of research and found this car to literally be the best deal out there. I was able to take the car for a test drive, and to my mechanic to check out. Any issues I had with the car, Mark did research on and had his mechanic check. Anything that did in fact need to be replaced/taken care of was with NO questions asked. The day I was coming to pick up my car, Mark picked me up from the commuter rail up the street. The car was newly washed and cleaned and ready to go. If you're looking for an easy car purchasing experience, with high quality used vehicles, this is the place to go!

I finally stopped by to ask about prices and hours. The owner, Tim, was friendly and engaging. We decided that, since we may yet have more snow, I would just get the inside detailed (the hardest part...and it was filthy). Tim quoted me $100 and told me that, since the So. Weymouth train station (Red Line) was nearby, I could drop off the Jeep on my way to work. He said he would be happy to come in a bit early, drive me to the station, and then pick me up at the end of the day (he said he does that for several of his customers who commute into Boston). At the end of the day, he picked me up at the station and showed me the Jeep (it looked new). On top of that, he threw in an exterior wash and lowered the price to $85. I honor good customer service and quality work. These guys provide both. I would highly recommend them to anyone ! I know I sound like an advertisement for them but they also have less expensive "Express Details" for $35.
