Went back at 4 to pick up my car and they just started on it. Rude but whatever. Then on my way home, my ground effect and something underneath my car flew off on the highway. They did not screw something back properly. Went back in the morning, and the manager Dave told me I hit something on the highway. I DID NOT. After going back and forth with no and him saying it's not their fault. I left, with my damaged car. Call the district manager, left a message and guess what... no call back. I feel if I were a man, I would have atleast received an apology. Instead, I was told I hit something on the highway... Horrible customer service and I will make sure I tell everyone I know to never go there if they value their car.

Very frustrating when you are new in town and don't know who you can trust. My Nissan had been at another local repair shop six times for the same issue (charged me every time) and had not fixed the problem, I still could not drive my car (or start it!) Dick looked at our car for five minutes and knew what was wrong. He and Colleen make you feel like family and I completely trust him with both of our cars no matter the issue. I cannot put into words how highly I recommend this local business. They are professional, reasonably priced and do an exceptional job with the utmost integrity. If you live near them, check them out, you will not regret it!

They checked on the light and told me what was wrong on the spot and fixed it the next day. The price was extremely reasonable- paid for parts, each of which was outlined in the invoice as well as showed to me on the receipt from the original purchase from Subaru by Mike. A few days after my first repair, my car started making a terrible sound in the front end and I brought it back. It was not a problem that was caused by anything they did- it was from bad service from a nearby Subaru facility- which I knew bringing it in. They looked at it a day earlier than they originally stated they could and found that my entire wheel was loose- terrifying. They unattached and reattached the tires free of charge and sent me on my way! I will ABSOLUTELY go back. Mike is the nicest, most honest businessman I've met in a long time and I really appreciated his hard work and kindness.

Finally, the owner came in and told me he would cut me a good deal. He lied about that. It was a worse deal then what I was previously saying "no" to. Hayden lied to me as well. I see why he is divorced. I only signed because they lied. I have to refinance through my bank because when I showed them the paperwork, they looked sick and confirmed what they did to me was absolutely criminal. I will be taking necessary actions.
