Went back at 4 to pick up my car and they just started on it. Rude but whatever. Then on my way home, my ground effect and something underneath my car flew off on the highway. They did not screw something back properly. Went back in the morning, and the manager Dave told me I hit something on the highway. I DID NOT. After going back and forth with no and him saying it's not their fault. I left, with my damaged car. Call the district manager, left a message and guess what... no call back. I feel if I were a man, I would have atleast received an apology. Instead, I was told I hit something on the highway... Nothing was discussed with me and I did not receive a report about what was "wrong" with my tires replaced in 2022 and brakes replaced in 2023. I also don't appreciate a link for details about my particular service appointment being posted on a global forum for anyone to read, especially while not receiving them myself until my complaint. In addition, in the hour you had my car with no updates to me, the tires were not rotated or pressure checked, as I'd been meaning to do that myself - had the information front and center on my dash to remind myself. The pressure in all were still not equal and were in the same place they were upon dropping off. Fluids were not topped off as I had to fill my empty wiper fluid less than a week after my service. I would have loved the service you promised, but no communication and half the service not done in double the time estimated is why I gave this review.

However, because of ongoing delays and lack of communication between Sullivan Tire and their insurer, Federated Insurance, we were without our car for over a month. Sullivan Tire's handling of this situation has been unacceptable. While their claims representative did reach out regarding lost income, they have refused to honor documented time lost from contracted work and have not covered out-of-pocket costs directly caused by their negligence. When I asked him to be more specific, he said "a couple of hours" in a way that was very vague and made me distrust him. I ended up walking out because I don't have three hours to sit around when I thought it was going to be a one hour appointment. I should've known better. Years ago I came here for an oil change and they tried to upsell me for something I didn't need. Luckily I had information from the manufacturer on what type of oil my car required. I read an online review of this place where the guy watched them work on his car and they never rotated the tires but insisted that they did. This place is unsafe, don't have any work done here!
