I had him come clean the interior of my 2007 Hummer H2. He said was going to clean the whole…read moreinterior and i specifically asked about the headliner/roof and he said yes. I check after looked good at a quick glance. Then I go to fully inspect today when was going in the vehicle. Which was my fault for not going over it in depth yesterday. But the headliner wasn't touched at all I pull down driver side visor and black marks still all over it i literally could wipe off with my finger. Look in the cracks and some spots and they are disgusting still and i can literally wipe dirt off those spots also with me finger. I take a cloth with only a little water on it and can easily remove marks that are behind the door handle so that wasn't even touched either. Still some dirt in the trunk area and floors also. Smudge marks where also on my windshield on the inside from being touched with what he used to clean the plastic areas off with. Ridiculous for the price paid to get a half ass job with things like this not even done or tried to be done obviously. I also told him was trying to get rid of the smell of smoke as the previous owner smoked in it and he showed up late and first thing he does when he shows up to look inside the car is lights a cigarette to smoke. Attached are pictures to show and also him stating was and does clean the headliner/roof without doing so at all. Also he took the coins I had in my center console it was only like a buck or 2 but honestly how low do you have to be to take coins in a center console when you're suppose to be working. Never recommend this half ass work to anyone. Would give no stars if allowed.
