I also needed a repair on my thermostat so I called Marc's and they were able to accommodate me on very little notice. I dropped my car off and Tyler from Marc's gave me a ride back to my house because I live nearby and I didn't have a ride home. I picked up my car after a day of them working on it and everything was fixed to my satisfaction. The prices here are reasonable for the work being done and you can also get a AAA discount. We ultimately were told to go to Sparky's auto in the north end, where we paid a fraction of the cost for both costs and labor. The owner was a great guy, and he seemed shocked by Wings' quote. Along the way, we also received another quote, that was similar to Sparky's. I'm left to conclude that they are either completely incompetent or, more likely, trying to take advantage of my girlfriend. Avoid these shysters.
