I read the reviews & went anyways, tl;dr is I will not be returning for the automatic car wash. I have only been here one time. I got the middle grade wash and the tenant was scrubbing my vehicle with one hand as he motioned for me to move forward with his other hand. He scrubbed it he front and the hood, and then took my money and got a little past the driver side window with the brush before he sent in me + my car into the wash. There wasn't anybody behind me waiting either, so my first impression is that this car wash lacks attention to detail. Inside, the first thing that happened was an extremely pressurized burst of water out of the automatic wash as your car goes in. After that, the pressure of everything was pretty negligible. The devices inside seemed old and everything was extremely soft touch.. like, a 'hardly washing it' soft. I also recall the rinse being very inefficient and there was a significant amount of soap residue left on my car. Would not recommend the automatic wash, I might go try and manually wash my car there in the future but I definitely do not recommend the automatic wash for a vehicle. read more

I've only used the self service wash bays and even those are a ripoff. And I don't mean overpriced. I mean they literally overcharged me vs what the pricing said. Followed the instructions to "add more time" and instead it started my timer over and charged me the full amount for a second wash. Impossible to get a hold of anyone for a refund so don't bother with them unless you're willing to deal with your credit card company for a refund. read more

So pissed I go to this place to vacuum my car and i thought it'd be like 4$ tops. No it was 10$ for 4 damn minutes and the pressure was terrible!!!! It did absolutely nothing for my car. Now known as the "Wareham touchless car wash" or something like that this is probably the worst car wash I've ever been to. First off the computer system that you have to pay at is glitchy. So it takes you three or four minutes to actually pay. Then it takes the machine approximately 45 seconds to wash your car. No, I'm not kidding the water thing sprays your car three times and then it's done. This is basically throwing $12 out the window. You're better off spraying a garden hose on a car it would do a better job. read more

The equipment is old and not maintained,,,yesterday, 12/29/2021, AROUND 3PM.....i pulled into the self wash bay, paid my money, when i pilled the handle to get the water pressure in the wash off hose, my legs got totally soaked, the hose had hole in it, and they put black electrIcal tape over it, A HIGH PRESSURE HOSE WTF????? ! went there this morning 3/5/22, watched the kid do the car in front of me , he got all 4 corners front and back with the hand brush. My turn he hits the roller button did a quick hit up front , driver side,and rear never did passenger side . I get out to check still dirty has film all over and dirt on rear . I go back he does the same exact thing , doesnt give enough time to do all around the car , it comes out dirty again (after the second wash) i go back and tell him he starts yelling at me like its my fault and hes only one person here all day. My car REALLY needed to be cleaned. I did splurge on the most expensive wash, $16 (not unreasonable). It actually ended up being $14 with a coupon. The attendant was friendly, and I was pleased to find out that the vacuums are available to use 24 hours a day (I work odd hours, so I really appreciate this seemingly trivial aspect). Overall, I'm happy with how my car came out -and will likely be back. read more

The place was horrible, There machine dented my car because the guy in front of me didn't know to pull out of the carwash tunnel when the wash was over. I got caught back in line and when the arm came down to clean the car it dented the side. When I showed to the management they said there machine didn't do. Take your car there at your own risk! You will leave this car wash with a half-clean car, broken and bent license plate/frame EVERY time and a disrespectful owner who really doesn't care. He said I should EXPECT my license plate to fold every time I go to a car wash, even tho I explained that this was the third license frame I had replaced (tho never needed to in the 50 yrs I've owned cars, until now). I couldn't even read the numbers of the plate on the car behind me.... It was so damaged, and that owner wasn't happy. If you care about your car, and being treated with respect, find a car wash that cares too. read more

The guy at the register that also soaped up the car before going through didn't stop complaining about how dirty the car was the whole time. Swearing up a storm. Complaining out loud to himself about working. The only reason I give this place a 3 star is because I actually got a pretty great wash out of it. read more

This car wash did hundreds of dollars of damage to my immaculate car and they and their insurance company think they don't have to pay to have it repaired. I'm not saying there was malicious intent, but when a car wash goes wrong and there is damage, a business with integrity does the right thing. These guys started the denials the second they saw the deep scratches their machines made. Then I was told they had a $2000 deductible, so why call your insurance company? Lies, Deceit, and horrible customer service. Stay away!! read more

I have been going to this car wash for years. It is expensive but the car gets clean. I will no longer be going here as my most recent experience was below par. As usual I pay for the premium service and give the guy a couple of bucks for a tip. The guys working there are very nice so that is never an issue. When I was vacuuming my car out after the wash I noticed that the back windshield wiper was completely broken off. I pointed it out to the workman and he pointed to the sign at the entrance that says they are not responsible. As a consolation he informed me how these wipers can be unscrewed before the car wash..to him it seemed simple enough but not to me and I dont think I should have to worry about that every time I get my car washed. It would be great if that tip was put on the sign at the entrance. So I want to get in touch with the owner to see if he can work with me to get the wiper replaced. it will cost me upwards of 100's of dollars since it is the entire motorized arm on the back window. They will now be losing lots of money as I will no longer be visiting. read more
