It fell off in my driveway when I closed the tail gate. Had to go back and get it fixed. My air conditioning failed and i brought it back 5 times at a cost of $1100. The cold air would cut out after 10 mins and would not drop the cabin air temp down to a cool level. You could not drive the 4Runner in the Summer with out the windows down. The staff are super friendly, and Will and Dave always take care of me. They're all like family to me now that we've gotten to know each other over the years. 95% of the time they can fit me in right away. They do have their busy times, so there might be a small chance where you have to wait a day or two to get your car in. Oil changes are quick and the cheapest around the area. They've changed my transmission for me, which helped my 2005 Honda CR-V run to about 275K miles. They've changed belts, worked on my brakes, done tune-ups...you name it, they've probably done everything on my old SUV. And she purred like a kitten after. Plus, they didn't take all of my money. They work hard, are honest with me and fix all my car issues. They keep the prices down as much as they can. I recently had to get a new car, and the guys check in with me every now and again to see how I like it. If you're in the Pocasset area, I highly recommend taking your vehicles to The Shop. It doesn't get any better than these guys!

Will, one of the owners, said that he fixed the AC but couldn't figure out why it wasn't working still. Said he thought it was an electrical issue but didn't have 'time' to work on it. Now they are selling cars and not making sure that they are safe enough. Incomplete and overpriced. It was great that they were nearby but won't be going there again.

The time to fix the front end damage and get everything repainted was quick. I was washing my truck one day when I was in college and noticed a little bubble on the fender flare and didn't think anything of it. Now being in 2025 the paint on my fender flare has a big spot where the paint has peeled. The flare was not prepped properly and most likely not primed before it got paint. If my insurance company wasn't gonna pay to have the fender flare prepped, I should have gotten a call and I woulda paid cash to have it done properly. If you want a quality job, I'd go to another auto body shop in the area. I brought my truck here cause I wanted a quality fix and paint job done, if I wanted the job hacked, I would have done the job myself.
