I did that and dropped off the paid invoice. They told me the owner would have to review it and they would write me a check and come back a few days later. When I returned they told me the owner hasn't been in yet and to come back. When I returned again they told me the invoice I provided didn't seem legitimate. After going back and forth and telling them to call the body shop directly and me picking up another invoice they finally paid me after weeks of going back and forth. I had to rent a car for the day as the truck was my only vehicle. They refused to pay the 1 day car rental. I had been a customer for years and had 2 monthly passes. I will never be back

On a Saturday afternoon they had 1 attendant who took my money and sprayed a small amount of something on the driver's side windshield, likely just to make it look like he did something for a tip. They did make a mess of a parking lot, as what happens when you do that type of thing, but my neighbors started crying because the dirty water was running on to the freshly painted lines. I let them know and the guy turned around and came back and did a spray down of the entire dirty area in the parking lot right away. My only recommendation is if you get a mobile detailing, just put your car in a spot where the nearby area can get dirty for a bit until it rains so your neighbors don't also cry :) I probably should have parked at the very end of the lot, so it's more my mistake than theirs, but they took care of it right away.

Immediately after the wash I parked and crawled underneath my vehicle. The entire underside was bone-dry - should have been dripping wet from having been sprayed by water. I spoke with the attendant who said "not my fault, talk to my boss tomorrow; there are better car washes around here". Incidentally, I experienced this exact same situation about 8 or 10 years ago at this same place (Hingham Car Wash). I just expected that this would have been resolved over this long period.

Tis the season for needing to go for more car washes than I want to think about. What with all the…read moresnow we've had, resulting in sanded, salted streets, my dark car has sometimes looked like it has been dipped into white powder. Not good! While this car wash is touted as " touchless" it's still not a place where you can get the hand-washing that I prefer. Nevertheless it's quick, near my house and does the trick of getting all the muck off the car. You're in and out pretty quickly and it's conveniently located next to a gas station so you can take care of two things at once. What's confusing to me though is that there are loads of washing options and "add ons" all at ever increasing price points. I feel like no matter what I opt for and what I pay, I'm getting the same car wash. I can't tell the difference and I'm not really certain there is one. Maybe I'm missing something but here I usually just go for the bottom tier; the basic car wash and my car seems just fine. One time, my car went through the wash after which I noticed there was an area that still wasn't clean.. I popped back in and spoke to one of the service guys and they let me go through the car wash again for free. Thank you! This is a car wash where you stay in the car while it's being washed. My dog loves doing this with me as he is mesmerized by watching what's going on outside the windows as the car glides through. That's a plus in my book; entertainment for the dog! There's nothing particularly special going on here but it does the trick of getting the nasty stuff off the car's paint finish. Once the threat of snow and salted roads is over for the season, I'm heading elsewhere for a hand-wash and a interior detailing job. In the meantime, Hingham Car Wash is getting a lot of business out of me.
