Also, I think it's worth the price to have it done so quickly. They had it done in less than 20 minutes. I think it would be better as a maintanance thing once the car is really clean. When trying to resolve the issue, they immediately denied responsibility without any inspection. I told them to check the cameras and after doing so they claimed "the cameras showed nothing." When I went to snap a video of my vehicle entering without damage, they turned off the entire system and demanded I leave without providing any insurance or any owner information. Other places would call Jonny's regular wash an "Exterior Detail" and charge twice as much. They do not do vacuum or clean windows if they are busy, and they usually are busy. However, I had our SUV detailed last there last month. I could have called a "Crime Scene Cleanup" crew or the company that cleans up New Orleans after Mardi Gras. But Jonny's group disinfected, scrubbed it clean and polished it to a diamond finish inside and out. If you have a high value vehicle or just want someone to clean your car better than you would do yourself, this is the place to go.

The water pressure is a dribble and ZERO soap came out. I couldn't wash my car, I just hosed it down like a garden hose and watched the time tick away. I've periodically stopped here due to convenience, regrettably. The soap used to smell like laundry detergent and wouldn't wash anything. Then the rinse wouldn't rinse!! Pulling out covered in laundry detergent is crazy. I've had money stolen from the change machines, and money stolen from the wash machines. The bays are filthy and in the winter will be full of sand and huge chunks of ice from snow removal trucks. You name it, I've experienced it.
