I brought in my Aunt and Uncle's 2009 Ford Escape. To put it gently ... it REALLY needed detailing. When we went to pick it up, we couldn't believe the transformation ... it looked practically brand new, cleaned inside and out, smelled great. It had been used to haul dogs, trash, leaves, brush, etc. They did a fantastic job in about 4 hours, and were the nicest people to deal with, and very professional. There are not enough stars to say how much we love Ben and the boys at Cochran. We've had our Ford F150 here for window tinting and a spray in bed liner. The job was done right, on time, and with a smile! The price for both jobs was also the best price in the area. We had a remote starter installed in our Denali. To be honest, we did not shop around. These guys only carry the best products. We also knew that they teamed up with Boomer McLoud in Weymouth to install the remote starter. We've had the remove starter for almost 5 months now and we love it. Lastly, these guys now how to detail a car. They've detailed our volvo and denali and both look brand new. We have a dog and a baby and our cars get a lot of wear and tear. My denali was dropped off yesterday, and for a 9 year old suv, it looks brand new. Had the level 2 interior and exterior detailing and also the engine detailed. All looks excellent. I am very happy with the quality of work preformed. I will come back again. I had the same level packages about 5 years ago and it they did not do a very good job then. Work was less then average and the service person complained to me that my truck was very hard to clean. It showed in their work but I have very happy to see they turned it around. Must be better management now. and workers too. read more

I have slightly mixed reviews... Overall they did an amazing job on my car, I had a level 2 detailing done with an addition of sap removal. Highly professional and well knowledgeable, was able to inform me exactly what they did and how they went about removing all the junk and cleaning up my car. Unfortunately I was not able to pick up my car myself, so I had my sister go and grab it since they were not open Sunday and were to under-staffed to drop it off. I would definitely recommend going to Cochran for a detailing it was well worth the money for their performance. On the flip side when I got home to inspect my car I realized that both my car mats and weather protection mats were not in my car/trunk. I was quite upset consider how they would not be open the next day for me to go pick up the mats in the morning and that although they did a wonderful job cleaning the inside of my car, it is now covered with pebbles and dirt. BUT I have decided to give them the benefit of the doubt, they were kind enough to follow up with two phone calls apologizing about the mats and even offering to drop them off. Ben, Martin and all the staff at Cochran Auto Detailing are Fantastic. I have used them in the past for another vehicle. I just got my my front two windows tinted and they did an excellent job. In addition, I got a signature detail with the EXO coating. It looks amazing. They went above and beyond on my Wrangler. They even washed/completely cleaned my removable seat covers and a rug I've had in all my other wrangler beds (about 12 years old). I wasn't expecting that. Ben and the guys made the process simple for me. I dropped my Jeep off on a Sunday and picked it up late the following Thursday night. I paid over the phone. No problems. No hassle. Great job! So I don't know where to begin and truthfully it pains me to write this because I gave the shop/shops every chance to make it right. I dropped my truck off at masterglass in Weymouth last week to get tinted (they use Cochran auto detailing). I dropped it off with no issues in perfect working order Sunday. I go to pick it up Monday after paying them in full, $585 cash and the cluster is lit up like a Christmas tree and the odometer reads "no bus"(photo attached of driving the day before and when I went to pick it up). I go back into the shop to show the owner of masterglass (never left the parking space) and after some brief back and fourth he says "I don't know what to tell you", to which I respond "I do, I place the keys on the counter and say call me when it's fixed and walked out." Fast forward the next day the owner of Cochran auto detailing (Ben) calls me and owns the damage and fixes it. I go and pick the truck up, no harm, no foul they fixed it, inconvenient but fine. I go home and start to look over the tint and it's riddled with dirt, wrinkle marks, bubbles and partially tinted windows. I call, leave a voicemail and they call me the next day. I emailed over photos and they call me back with every excuse in the book, to which I shoot everyone of them down because it was just poor craftsmanship. They then tell me they don't want to redo the windshield in the vehicle, fine. I get them a windshield and make an appointment for the following week. Fast forward to today, they said there's nothing they can do for the tint on the truck, it's the best they can do. They want to peel the truck and refund me, which is inconvenient because now it's spend 3 days there and would then have to go some place else and sit another day or two. I tell them to leave it. Ben (Cochran auto detailing) then fights me on doing the windshield because he wants to wash his hands of the truck. I tell him if he can do it and have it look like it should to go ahead. I go to pick the truck up and my roof line is dented from masterglass and there's bubbles in the new tint. No excuses there, the windshield was out of the truck and in a controlled environment. They tried to squeeze them out with no luck. I then go and talk to the owner of masterglass and again he washes away all responsibility. At which point I take the key and leave. At the end of the day the owner of masterglass is unprofessional and a horrible business owner and the once quality of Cochran auto detailing tint, is no longer there. I am out the $585 for the tint and 3 days with out the truck. I would avoid both places like the plague. read more

Amazing experience!! I requested an appointment online for a mini detail and was called back within 24 hours to set up an appointment. I made an appointment for that week and brought my car in. Come to find out I needed more then a mini, and they couldn't do it at the Weymouth shop. (I have a bulldog and Boston terrier and my car was loaded with tiny white short hairs, which was a big reason it needed more love!!) Anyways.. Martin checked the schedule and told me they could do a level 1 detail on my car but it needed to be done at the Braintree shop and it was going to take all day. He offered one of his employees to drive my mom and I back to Hull (about 30 mins away!) and we could pick up my car later on that day. I can't remember his name, but he was soooo nice and accommodating to take us home in his car. I am 9 months pregnant, two days before my due date, so that meant so much to me!! I really wanted to have my car cleaned before the little one comes home with us and they made it possible without making me feel like a burden! When I picked up my car, it was AMAZING!!! It looked brand new and completely worth the price. The guys in the Braintree shop who did the cleaning were also super nice and professional. You can tell the owners (Ben and Martin, I believe??) are truly amazing business owners. They are super helpful, accommodating and give an AMAZING service. And the employees seem very happy and have extremely nice things to say about the company! I can't thank them all enough!!! After leaving a poor review for my first visit ( was not happy with what i paid for ) the owner had called me hoping to make it right. He was very nice, apologetic and offered to pick up my car, detail it again, and drop it home to me. After them detailing it for a second time, I was very pleased with the outcome. My exterior is spotless ( even after them driving it home to me! ) the windows are nice and clear and from what I can see the buff marks are gone which was the whole reason for my appointment in the first place. Hello I just had my windows tinted with Cochran detailing and they were super accommodating. They even fixed little issues I had other than tinting. They fixed my window and worked with my insurance company to fix my cracked windshield. All the work done was very professional. The owner was nice and helped work out issues with rides and work schedules. I'm always busy during the day to call them, but every time I send them a message on Yelp, the owner replied to me in the end of the day, even at 11:00 PM, answered my questions and helped me to set up my appointment. When I came to the shop, the man who worked there was very friendly, listened carefully to figure out how I want my car tinted. The work was done after 2 hours. Another man I saw when I came to pick up my car was explaining to me how to protect my windows too. Reasonable price. Professional work. Excellent service. I dropped my jeep off for a level 2 detail and front window tint. I got the level 2 hoping it would come out looking better, since I spent $350 total. I got my jeep back with water drips still on it like I came out of a car wash or something. They never even touched my headlights. And it looks like somehow they took paint off my front bumper and hood. My carpet in my trunk had some stain that I don't think they even tried to get out. Overall not a good experience and I would not recommend going. Might as well drive through a car wash instead of spending $250 on a level 2 detail. read more

I went there for window tint. I had to go back twice for imperfections in the tint, each time the owner made me feel that I was putting him out to do a proper job. After the second time I went back the tint STILL wasn't right (scratches in it, dust under tint, etc.). Also left my door panels a mess from the solution used to apply the tint, it had all run down over the interior & was never cleaned up after, and this is a "detail shop"? Will never go back, waste of my money, planning on paying another shop in the spring to re-do the tint. read more

I brought my car to be detailed to a Mercedes dealership where they charged me $360 but the detail quality doesn't even come close to Cochran Auto Detailing. This was my first experience with Cochran Auto Detailing and I will definitely be back. My 2004 BMW was long overdue for a detail/wax and Cochran made it look new again. They also had Dent Wizard (or some similar company) come in and successfully remove three dents. I was able to schedule a day that worked for me and all the work was completed in one day.
