It's worth noting that they also offer full service (interior and exterior) which is more expensive ($320, iirc but don't quote me on that). Normally, I'd eschew from doing that but I found out they also have a "mini maintenance" option for those who have done full detailing. At $140 they "maintain" the cleanliness of the car so you don't have to do a full detail again (unless the car is really nasty), so in the long run, this is probably a good, cost-effective option. I'll consider doing this next time I go back.

Imagine the owner of a window tinting shop tells a customer that the reason his work product is defective is because he does not have the right tool to tint a window properly and therefore, he does not care about the quality of his work. The fact that the owner willingly said those things to a paid customer speaks volumes and goes to show how much he cares and/or how incompetent this place is.

After taking the windshield tint off, I found multiple parallel linear scratches on both sides of the windshield under the tint. It's a new car, so I would have noticed if there were scratches before. See the photo. Omar told me he would call me over the next couple days about fixing the scratches, but he did not. I called to follow up in the next week, and they said I would get a return call later that day. I did not receive any call and have not received any information in the last month. I am very disappointed by the lack of communication.
