Both the owner and the junior guy inspected my car. The junior guy showed me the comps. I asked if could go higher based on the data points. He said it was out of his control and he needed to ask the owner who was helping a couple at the time. The owner (think his name is Charles) proceeded to scream at me that the offer is the offer, essentially a take it or leave it. Very confusing and rude. I left a message for the general manager. Melanie/GM just called to say she watched the video and they didn't scratch it as the wiped it side to side so it wouldn't be all over. I asked what if there was a few small stones or something in the rag toward the top of the rag. She said not possible. I was told corporate won't pay for it because of the way the workers wiped it.
