Unlike plumbing and electrical, painting is an art as well as a craft.  Charlie brings a lot of…read moreboth to the job and takes pride in his work.  I think that's what makes him exceptionally good at it. We had a small but complicated job to paint den and bathroom ceilings and the bathroom walls, after electrical work had left a number of holes and needed some ceiling reconstruction. Other painters we talked to wanted plasterers to come before them.  Charlie brings equal skill and enthusiasm to both which IMO is critically important in case something turns out to need fixing once the job starts.  He does exactly but only what's necessary, to keep the quality up and the cost down. The result was outstanding.  We intend to hire him for future work. He has my highest recommendation. Oh, and he was on time every day, starting early, staying late, working quietly and coming on the days he said he would, and he cleaned up beautifully when he was done.

Do you often lament, 'Gone are the days when people took pride in their work'?…read more Good news! We discovered someone who not only took pride in his work, he surprisingly exceeded our expectations. If you have ever had (or tried to have) work done around your house, you've no doubt experienced frustration and downright agony. Refreshingly, Charlie demonstrated professionalism during every step. He returned our initial call, showed up to review the work, provided a quote, arrived on the planned date, and completed the job. Throughout the process, Charlie listened to our statements, answered our questions, asked spot on follow up questions, shared information, provided suggestions, and worked efficiently and effectively. Charlie well earned all 5 stars. He was knowledgeable and experienced; brought all the tools and equipment necessary; and cleaned up thoroughly when done. Now, whenever we use our above the stove microwave, we'll recall Charlie's fine workmanship and the day we were wowed!

I wanted to take a moment today to thank Anthony over at Northeast auto spa for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING…read more I can't speak enough on how poorly things were handled here when it came to getting a part for my car wrapped. I brought a spoiler to Anthony to wrap since he had ceramic coated my car. He was an acquaintance to a family member, so I assumed I'd be in good hands. I was wrong. After giving him my spoiler, I got it back 5 weeks later. It was done so poorly, I took the 2 hour round trip to have it redone, as I was told "they would take care of it" I didnt hear from Anthony for 9 months and when I started to reach out there were nothing but excuses. I got the runaround for months and finally to the point where I said give me back the spoiler. $350 later and no spoiler and time wasted. The only thing he provided was excuses. Anthony will act like your best pal and will be over the top nice to you, but his only intentions are taking your money. And as far as ceramic coating your car, this is a bit deceiving as well. You pay $2000 up front and then another $250 yearly for an annual "coating" which was really just a car wash with a spray sealant applied, there's no actual ceramic coating applied yearly, it's a deceiving sales tactic. Bring your vehicle to a place that doesn't play games and treats their customers with respect and stands by their work. Because at Northeast autospa you'll get none of those things
