We eventually found Warner Brothers and Tim came right over, he assessed the job and offered to start the project right away. We were losing daylight in early April but he fought the Town Water Dept on our behalf and emphasized that this was an emergency situation as water was coming into our basement. Long story, shorter, Tim arrived at 7am the next morning, again worked with the Water Department and started digging to find our pinhole leak. Just incredible service and responsiveness and he went to bat for us too. Oh yeah, he also removed 8 of our overgrown bushes in the front of our house while he had the machinery out. Recommend to anyone for the service and he kept to his estimate.

The dumpster showed up a half hour before the workers. The entire job, including replacing all of the plywood roofing sheets, took a day and a half. They subcontract out all their work In their "family" business. The labor for every single job they do is performed by subcontractors who don't speak English, and the site supervisor Mike, who speaks only English, "instructing" them. Mike never up on the roof, the workers are unskilled. It was immediately obvious that a large part of the work had to be redone, discovered while Tom was hounding us for payment on completion. John showed up to "inspect", argued for half hour why the quality was fine, only agreed to redo the work when it was clear he wasn't getting another check for the last part of the job. After the job was done, both brothers tried hard sell for vinyl siding (for historic house). After this past Nor'easter, every transition on every dormer on the roof leaked, water pouring down through the flashing on both chimneys, discovered they also left in place rotting parts of the fascia board. Avoid these guys, they are a garbage Ponzi scheme. We will likely have to get large parts of the work removed and redone, less than 6 months after they did the job.
