Full of weeds, rocky soil, etc. They gave me a great price to fully till the front lawn, pull out all the old grass, till and improve the soil for the lawn which included excellent new soil and peat moss to go with the seeding. I watered twice a day in the beginning as they suggested and the lawn came out BEAUTIFUL! I cannot wait to see what it looks like come springtime. They also did a great job on the beds with my flowers/roses/bushes. Again, replaced a lot of soil and put down sand and drainage fabric. However 2) Follow up Customer Service is awful and I don't know how this person continues the business. Last year 2022 I had an issue needing a repair, never saw Joe, he sent two workers that spent no more than 15 minutes, couldn't explain why the issue occurred and left supposedly having fixed it. April this year 2023, the exact issue occurred. I contacted Joe and told, he'd get back to me. He didn't so a few calls later he did and told me he'd stop by when "in the area". It's now 2 months later and no sign of him. His office person told me on 6/14 he was coming that day. No show. I've left messages twice since with no call back. So If no issues post install, great but expect nothing but lies, no communication .. if anything needs to be done after the install. Go elsewhere!

Now I've been in charge of the "landscaping" of my yard, so let's just say it was an absolute nightmare to begin with...I mean bad...to the point I almost (notice I said almost) went and cleaned it up before they came. These guys went nuts. Within a couple hours all the over grown bushes were trimmed down, the scrub was cleaned up and I was left with this awesome looking yard I hadn't seen since what seems like the dawn of time.
