Our friends continued to press on us to call you but we weren't sure we could afford you. Well, let me just say I'm so glad we gave in. People, listen up...these guys' superb reputation for quality work is exceeded by their knowledgeable staff and while their prices aren't considered cheap, they're well-priced for a company that brings to the table this level of knowledge, expertise, and exceptional service. It's well worth the investment. Within days of calling Joe, he came out to our house, took a tour of our yard, and spent a considerable amount of time listening to us describe our vision; he offered input and helpful suggestions and alternatives relative to both products and design. He then created a visual graphic based on our discussion so we could see what it would look like once the construction was completed. This was significant since there were multiple facets to our project, from moving gigantic rocks to building a wall, installing a patio, removing old and adding new plantings to installing a new lawn. Of the three companies that bid our project, only Crowley's Concepts was able to produce a graphic to show us what it would look like in the end and a detailed action plan and estimated cost. The different crews worked very well together; they were prompt, professional, hard working and most importantly, respectful of and courteous to our neighbors; not to mention extremely efficient. We also felt good to see Joe in constant communication with his staff; always checking on their progress and regularly communicating with us on estimated time of completion. From coordination of the different crews and work to the quality of the material and the labor; from start to finish--Crowley's Concepts' work was phenomenal! Talk about a facelift; we went from having the worst lawn in the neighborhood to being the envy of our friends and neighbors. Cars continue to slow down as they move past our house to check out our property and neighbors continue noting the remarkable difference; I have no doubt we've increased not only the value of our home but the value of our surrounding neighbors' homes too. Joe Crowley only hires and keeps the hardest workers who are both extremely good at what they do and extremely respectful of the customer and the customer's property. At the end of the day for me, I want to know that I am getting what I was promised (maybe even a bit more cant hurt), done closest to my ideal timeframe and everything to look neat and sharp. Joe and his crew checked all of those boxes. Joe met me at my house on a chilly evening in early April, discussed my options, offered my ideal scenarios and listened to my wants and concerns.......all in the pouring rain! From there, I received a detailed quote within a day and always timely responses from Sheila in his office. When the day came, Joe's crew was here on time, never saw them standing around chatting and laughing (which you see too much from other contractors), buzzing around my backyard like machines. And they always cleaned up and made sure I was happy. Joe showed up the next morning to make sure I was happy with the work and to start the hydro seeding. Greatest thing about Joe and his business--not only is he at the top of the pyramid in knowledge about all things landscaping--he is still the top of the league in his own drive. He never just shows up and barks orders, this guy still throws himself out into the grind with his crew and that's why they respect him so much. We recently contracted with Crowley's for a few different services. The first time we had them out, they trimmed a few trees and did some light landscaping. They were here the day after we agreed to the quote. They trimmed and shaped the overgrown trees and did a perfect job. The second time around they ripped out our deck, removed our non-working hot tub and put down hardscape, synthetic grass (we have a dog so we opted for fake grass, it'll never die! ) did some landscaping, and replanted our potted trees. Their price was fair and the final bill was exactly what they quoted. Crowley's arrived early and finished the job on time- if it wasn't for the weather, they would have been done early. Joe and Ian were great to work with and the team of guys were courteous and cleaned up everything each night never leaving a mess. They were very responsive and involved with the project from start to finish. I will definitely use them again. read more

Highly recommend Crowley's Concepts!! Joe Crowley is a gifted landscape designer and his crew is capable of executing the reality. We had a large yard filled with large old trees and mostly hard packed dirt and a few weeds. He came in, helped us visualize the plan and then brought it to life. We went with artificial turf (which is nothing like the old stuff, this looks like actual grass) a putting green and a stone patio and the result is incredible. Joe was fun to work with and the most reasonably priced for the scope of work. His crew was tireless, polite and always cleaned up after each day. This was created last fall and now that the snow is finally gone, we can see that this beautiful backyard, patio and putting green not only survived the winter in perfect condition, it improved the drainage in the yard too (no puddles) and the lawn looks perfect. These landscapers are the pros at the business they are in! My daughter and I were very impressed with the efficiency with which they removed the bush in front of the yard and fixed up the fence as well. They are very good at communicating and have a good listening ear, taking note of all instructions.
