Two part review: 1) I had a dog yard with dog turf installed…read morea few years ago and the crew was excellent and did a great job. However 2) Follow up Customer Service is awful and I don't know how this person continues the business. Last year 2022 I had an issue needing a repair, never saw Joe, he sent two workers that spent no more than 15 minutes, couldn't explain why the issue occurred and left supposedly having fixed it. April this year 2023, the exact issue occurred. I contacted Joe and told, he'd get back to me. He didn't so a few calls later he did and told me he'd stop by when "in the area". It's now 2 months later and no sign of him. His office person told me on 6/14 he was coming that day. No show. I've left messages twice since with no call back. So If no issues post install, great but expect nothing but lies, no communication .. if anything needs to be done after the install. Go elsewhere!

So now all the water runs down the side of the plaster wall and has discoloured it after only a couple of months. However, they returned and fixed it (at their cost). So good to know they stand by their workmanship. I will use them again to do the complete gutter replacement for my house.

We had a very old choke cherry that has provided three decades of backyard spring blossoms, summer…read moreshade, and fall color. But because of a house addition we've been told we have to take it down. Bob at Troy Tree came and talked through how we might be able to cut it back and shape it to survive this process, and was fully on board with not just taking it down but giving it a shot at survival. Gave us a fair price, and the work was impeccable, despite having to work around on-going construction material, dirt piles, etc. Site was cleaned up better than before they arrived, and they were happy to leave me burnable wood for our wood stove, but cleaned up everything else.

THEY DO OUR CONDO COMPLEX. BY ALL MEANS HIRE THEM.. if you…read morewant your place to look worse after they leave than before. Little instructions to workers on how to make the property look better. they ruin the lawns by their heavy machinery make hard quick stops and turns digging up the turf. they blow the driveways onto the freshly painted front decks railing sidings andnew windows. blow your front mats into the bushes or against the side of the house and do not bother to fix them until you end up tripping over them. A pathetically poorly trained group of workers. hope we get rid of them soon. In winter they load up buckets of salt and sand in one place and not spread it evenly.and its awful. you leave a sign on the front deck to not salt it but of course they do not read and your front entrance is left with tons of salt an sand to track into the house. Other than they i guess they are great.

I hired them to install a Blue Stone paver walkway, what a horrible experience. I gave them 1 star…read morebecause there was not a lower mark. Getting the to start the work was a chore and getting them to finish was even worse. I did the legwork for the purchase of the stones and the design work with the stone yard and I had to layout which stones went there for the crew. A few of the stones were chipped and some were stained, the crew left them as they were, I had to buy the stain cleaner and do it myself. The sand was not even in all areas and they filled an asphalt hole the made with sand instead of asphalt as we had agreed. I asked for edging around the walkway at the end of the project because I thought it looked nice, it looked like they used scrap pieces they had around the shop. I had complained about the crew being on the phone and taking long lunches and got a sympathetic ear from the owner but was charged with extra labor time. There is more but I guess this paints the picture,
