I had forgotten I had clothes in the dryer - 4 year old still potty training load. The tech mentioned clothes were there and let me remove them before he cleaned. Their materials were bad, the workmanship was bad, they only did some of the work I contracted for, and I had to threaten to take them to court before they offered a settlement. As part of the settlement, I had to sign a non-disclosure agreement, so I can't mention their name. Loftus was a wonderful company to do business with. I have used them twice and will use them again in the future. Jess was great to work with. This time, I had 3 rooms of new carpet, one repair where a dog had ripped up and shredded a seam, and a bunch of cleaning of existing carpets. The new carpet was high quality, and installed perfectly. The repair was so good that it is impossible to know that there was ever a problem. The cleaning turned out better than I expected. All of the workmen were super polite and did excellent work. You might save a few bucks with one of the national discounters, but in the end you will wish you had gone with someone like Loftus.
