The carpet and sofas were done in the house. The area rug which is off white was sent out. The in home items were beautifully cleaned. The area rug had areas that were still dirty when returned. I spoke to Bill the manager who had the rug picked up again and he worked on those areas. It came back today and looks excellent. I am extremely impressed with the customer service in this company. I was hesitant because the price was higher than I expected but being the neat freak that I am, the idea of the urine setting into the couch was giving me nightmares. Long story short, I confirmed with Amy for the next day to have Joe stop by. He was on time, professional, and efficient. Within 1.5 hrs the couch was drying and although he made no guarantees that the couch would be restored to its formal glory, it dried beautifully and the stains disappeared. Highly recommend!
