Nicole is great to work with and Andrew provides quality and professional service consistently. Process is simple with estimate for service sent through email. Then, appointment is scheduled after signing approval of the estimate online. Scheduled date of service can change subject to weather. It happened to me the second time around due to high wind. This is expected as service is performed outside and not something the company can control. Andrew was able to complete the job 3 days after the original scheduled date.

Changed shoes when entering and carefully cleaned up as they went along. My windows are on an old cottage being rehabilitated. They bore the mess of reglazing and repainting. I paid for deep cleaning and did not get any of the services that were offered with deep cleaning…read more I had to vacuum and clean my floors myself after they left. Only there for 2 hours. False advertisement and charged for services not given. Would not recommend. Update. The manager contacted me. Was passive aggressively rude. Refused a refund and told me I was basically wrong. STAY AWAY!! UPDATE to the update. I have now been contacted that I had excessive pet hair and it's their policy not to clean that. So seems the story changes by the hour. I have a 2 month old kitten who weighs about a pound so he must just be shedding everywhere in the three weeks I've had him. What a joke!!! Basically their deep cleaning feature is just something to make you pay over $200 for subpar work. They will not complete the items the promise on their website and then make up random lies to defend why they won't refund money for services not completed. This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life. With any business. If you want to be ripped off and treated poorly when you question it then I'd choose this business. The response the owner has given here is completely untrue and ridiculous. I filed a complaint with the BBB for services that were not provided and their response was that they will give me my money back if I removed my reviews from online. Basically extortion. I would rather let them keep every dollar than let them bully me into removing my ACCURATE review of their terrible business.

I had a great experience from the time I contacted them to the end of the process. They were friendly while booking, listened to me and were realistic with pricing. They got me in as soon as they could as well. I have a strange parking situation and they were able to text the night before to tell me how many were coming etc. The two women that cleaned were so nice. They worked really hard and listened to my concerns. When I came back the place looked great. I paid extra for them to do the stove/ oven and it looked brand new. I feel comfortable moving my things in now due to their attention to detail. I would use their services again, will most likely have them come in a month or so to do a light cleaning. I would request the two women I had, Ziomara and Janine? (I'm so sorry if I spelled or got them wrong. I'm terrible with remembering names) They went above and beyond. Thank you for making my move in less stressful. I appreciate it!

I called used B.A. Harris to upgrade my entire gutter & downspouts last Fall…read more I wanted gutter guards so I did not have to climb a ladder every November to remove leaves/debris. I figured it would add value to our home. They did an outstanding job. I was pleased at their response time and quickness to schedule the job. Last month, I called Brad about a leak, unrelated to his work, but needed help in solving this issue. He answered the phone promptly and we met the next day about my situation. Turns out, a previous contractor did some substandard work on a flat roof overhang, causing my leak. Brad was very thorough in evaluating my predicament. He explained what was wrong and the steps needed to correct the problem. Their skill set and carpentry knowledge saved the day. In my opinion, they are not just a gutter company. I believe they are a full service company that can correct any issue that may arise in replacing your gutters and downspouts. They listen to you "the customer" and apply over 30 years of construction/building knowledge to find a solution to your unique issue. I endorse B.A. Harris whole heartedly to solve your gutter needs & value them as a trusted contractor to work on your home.
