They claimed they will take care of me on top of what I was promised earlier that they'll do deep cleaning for cost of regular cleaning. When the guy shows up, he wants full cost of deep cleaning and I told him that's not what I told, he makes phone call and agrees to do for cost of regular cleaning. I asked what about the comment "we'll take care of you"? and said that discount is what they are doing to take care of me. at this point, i'm fed up w/ this non-sense and decide to go along. Most of the stains are still left on carpet and they claim that's best they can do. I guess you get what you paid for. I re-hired another company which costs me double but got the job done right. Do your research and find more reputable/trustworthy company that can handle/do the job correctly.

Norberto was quick to respond and offer a quote which was an hour rate that I thought was reasonable. The work was quickly completed and they even repaired a cracked shingle while they were up there for no extra charge. I dinged them a star because it wasn't communicated that the hourly rate was per person, and he had an extra person helping so the cost was higher than what I expected. But the job got done quickly and without issue.

We have used Wicked Clean in MA a few times to clean windows, which they do very well…read more Unfortunately, we have also had them address moss that was growing on our roof and most recently to clean our patio pavers and a portion of our fence. First the roof, they did not physically go on the roof to clear the moss, instead they used heavy duty chemicals (mostly chlorine I would guess) and sprayed the roof. The unfortunate part was that the spray also went onto our plants below the roof which were severely burned. They attempted to follow the chemical spray with spraying the plants with water, but in many cases the plants got burned. The plants came back the next year, but we lost a season. The second experience was with the pavers and fence. We were never made aware that they would use chemicals here since when we discussed the service with them it was to have them power wash them. In this case, they used a similar chemical solution as they did on the roof. They did not follow with a straight water rinse on them and as a result our hydrangeas were severely burned with at least one full grown plant not likely to survive. They also got a lot of the chemicals on some ground cover plants that were killed almost instantly. We attempted to get relief from them on the price of the service, and they did rebate a small portion. However, the amount they refunded did not even cover the cost of the replacement costs, let alone the labor to have them planted. I do not complain on the efforts of the person performing the service. He worked very hard and was a pleasure to work with. I think that they just have trained the service people to perform these services this way. Their pricing for doing windows is fair, but the price for the other services (roof, pavers and fence) are very expensive. Even more so when you have to replace plants that they devastated or destroyed. Sorry to say, we are not likely to use them again for any services in the future.

A few boxes she says . Well 24 hrs later and 4 carloads to her new place up 2 flats of stairs ( I haven't had stayed for 3 years and I can tell . Not only did they proved services within 3 hrs time but they we re extremely professional and polite . Courteous and professional . The team of 4 worked there butts off for a few hours and left the place move in ready . Not only do they act quickly ( getting there ) but they are very detail oriented during the cleaning . John agreed to come to the home to do a walk through and provide me with a quote. 2 hours before the scheduled appointment he contacted me saying he needed to cancel because his top customer needed an emergency clean. I spoke with him and told him there was no way I could find someone else on short notice, and asked if he could please accommodate me. He agreed and came to my home and provided a quote, just as we originally planned. He said he would be able to complete the work over the course of 3 days and have the job completed on time. I tried to contact him the next day to confirm and go over the details. I was unsuccessful. Therefore, I had my husband call from his phone (a number John did not have) and he answered right away. Immediately, John began to walk back what he promised the day before at the walk through. He was now unsure if he could complete the job and he "would do the best he could because he still has his other clients." He then ends the conversation with, "actually I am not going to do the job" and abruptly hangs up. Reluctantly I called back and left a voicemail with hope to come to an agreement; because he was supposed to start the work in less then 12 hours and I was desperate. Needless to say, he never called back. I truly believe he had every intention to completely blow me off. If I didn't reach out from a different phone number, he would have continued to ignore me and would not have showed up as scheduled. He clearly prioritizes his jobs/clients and if something better comes up, he has no problem going back on this word.
