Wow What a wonderful job and a very professional business…read more Everything was cleaned, ironed, and incredibly packaged and tagged. I never expected this to be that good. I had a water break and they immediately came over and packaged everything. They had to store them for many months. Everything smelled clean and fresh like new. My insurance chose them. That was a great choice.

Cardosok2@icloud.com I used Dry Cleaners by Val for clothing cleaning after a house fire. I allowed garments to be picked up as part of the post-loss process. At pickup, I was told the clothing and pickup area did not have a smoke odor and not contaminated ( Michael Parreira). Despite that, the garments were processed. To remind Dry Cleaners by VAl its your so responsibility to take contaminated clothing that stated on your contract. They took my uncontaminated clothing for a check. During the process, I raised concerns about the condition of my clothing and asked for services to be stopped. However, additional items were still cleaned afterward. (Richard Swanson and Val Deperrio had a conversation about my dry clean and the gaslighting in that conversation was unprofessional). When the garments were returned, several items had changes that were not present before cleaning, including shrinkage, stiffness, discoloration, and blue streaking. Some items also had a strong soap or detergent odor. I was told certain garments were "unrecoverable," but I consulted with two independent textile and fire restoration professionals, both of whom noted observations consistent with improper or non-specialized processing. One also indicated that the reported turnaround time appeared inconsistent with standard industry practices. I also experienced inconsistent delivery practices after raising concerns. Deliveries were initially made to my address, later refused after I raised complaints (citing contamination concerns), and then deliveries resumed to that same address for my siblings garments. Thay took retaliatory practices against me. I did pay for the services but remain dissatisfied with the workmanship, communication, and how my concerns were handled and I'm following up with the AG offices (Attorney General) against them. Also try to Bill of $30,248 for the work they haven't done and they called it a mistake. I end paying $16,000 after they try to pull a fast one on me. After my experience, I personally would not trust this company with my garments again.

I am shocked at the first review of Pro-Care, none of what Kristofer F. has mentioned in his very…read morebrief review is true for me. Our insurance company recommended Pro-Care to complete water damage from a leaking pipe in our kitchen. Pro-Care, proactively reached out to me to schedule an assessment of the damage. He was prompt, friendly, transparent and very helpful with the questions I had prior to the work. The front office staff, although efficient with words, are capable and friendly if you require to speak with them more beyond being informed about dates and times. I had to call and reschedule work and it was done without a problem. The workers got here EXACTLY on time both days (8am SHARP). They were self sufficient, incredibly friendly, supremely professional, and neat beyond neat. The work was planned to take two days and it took two days, no adjustments. The first day of the work was definitely messy: breaking down walls and ceiling, which is dusty, debris filled and unglamorous. Prior to this work they hung tarps up and covered EVERYTHING (I mean e-v-e-r-y-t-h-i-n-g). By the time they were done on day 1 the tarps were down, all the drop cloths and other reusable fabrics were neatly folded and stacked off to the side of the kitchen, along with the paints that were going to be used the next day. I have never seen such care and attention to what is ultimately a rather simple job (I must assume this job is relatively easy for a company like Pro-Care). There was not a LICK of dust, dirt, debris or anything. You would not have known that there had been anyone working in our kitchen save for the patched wall that was drying (and looking perfect, by the way). If EVER there is need for work to be done on our house that falls into the scope of Pro-Care, we will use them. No question. No doubt. Definitely DO NOT stay away from this place. They are top notch.

One excuse and cancellation after another. 13 months later!!!!! We still can't do laundry!!!! There were days we took off from work, only to have NO ONE SHOW UP. We have constantly been told the electrician is not available, the plumber is busy all month etc. one small bathroom. Over a year of incompetent, bumbling empty promises. We just got another update that they are postponing the finishing of the project for another 3 weeks, and won't be able to make it Monday as scheduled. Seriously? Nightmare of unprofessional, unorganized mediocre work. I would never consider them for anything or recommend them whatsoever on the future. Just done.
