Keith arrived on time and quickly determined that my regulator valve could be bad, causing excessive water pressure. He was very professional in explaining his reasoning and options for cost effective repair. I received a repair quote by text within minutes and he made the repair. The cost for parts and labor seemed fair to me. I was also given recommendations on additional repairs and improvements to my system. They were very willing to answer all my questions and stick around to make sure the system was running properly. I'll definitely give them a call for any future repairs in my home.

Clarification was further provided that the technician would charge for the hours that they worked for (Initial Estimate was ~5hrs work). Once the work was completed, the back office sent an office for the amount for the whole estimated time even though it took less than half the time (~1.5hrs). When the invoice was received it was a shocker since based on the communication prior to the work it was agreed to be per hour basis. After refutation, the invoice was revised to a lower number but still did not reflect the hours the technician worked. Its been a struggle to ensure alignment - I would not recommend them for any work!

Each tech that came to the house over the 2 week period was extremely polite and helpful. They did a great job of explaining options without pressure or upselling me and the showed up when they said they would. Brian was very available throughout the process and, most of all, when all was said and done I got a bill that reflected exactly what he and I had agreed on. This all leads me to believe that they are trustworthy, which I very much appreciate. All that, and my basement is all cleaned up as well. Thank you!

This made communicating with them extremely difficult the entire time. The morning they were supposed to arrive at 9 am so I took the day off from work. They didn't show up until several hours later with no communication regarding that. The man who serviced our heater had never seen our type of system before. He tinkered with it for a couple hours and finally "fixed" it. A few days later we were without heat. We called them several times, leaving them a message, but they did not get back to us. We were about to hire someone else to come, but the next morning they finally said they would come take a look, free of charge. The man came back and ended up replacing a part. We got an invoice in the mail for that part despite the free of charge promise. Shortly after that our heater broke again so we ended up calling a different company. After their last visit and the previous invoice for the part, we received ANOTHER invoice in the mail for a much larger charge than the previous. We reached out to Chambers several times trying to figure out what that invoice was for, as their last visit was free of charge. To this day we have not heard back from them even after writing them a letter to remind them of what happened. They continue to send us delinquent payment invoices and will not respond to us when we reach out to them.

My expectations were surpassed every single day with Falite brothers. It can be a difficult experience having work done on your home when you're living there, but the level of professionalism and expertise that Joe, Jim, and Matt brought to the worksite was Barr not. Every day they spent several minutes with us walking through the house discussing what they've done and what the plan for the day was. They were very respectful when we needed to take time to make decisions, and gave us a breakdown of what options were available to us. I think this says it all; when the oil tank removal company spilled a little bit of oil on our lawn, Joe pulled me aside and said this: " I wanna show you something. I'm not happy about. Oil spilled on your lawn and I'm really upset about it." When I reassured him that it was fine he responded, " it might be fine for you, but it's not fine for me. "While I'm here, this isn't your house, it's my house, and I take responsibility for everything that happens on the job. And this is unacceptable." I think that's the best way to describing their service, they treat your home like it's their own and do everything in their power to exceed your expectations. 10 out of 10 would recommend Felite Brother for all of your plumbing and HVAC needs.

From the start, the installation process was riddled with problems. Rather than detailing each issue (which the company would likely try to excuse, as they did every time I raised concerns), I'm posting pictures so you can judge for yourself. I strongly recommend getting everything in writing--many verbal guarantees I received were completely disregarded. For example, instead of floor units in my kids' bedrooms, I was given ceiling units, one of which is positioned so low it practically touches my son while he sleeps. Now, as I'm finishing my basement, I had a friend who works in HVAC assess the mess Earth Tech left behind. He estimated it would take 3-4 days and cost around $3,000 to fix. He also explained the risks associated with their work: pipes joined in the middle are prone to future leaks, especially when unsupported, as stress on the joints increases the likelihood of failure. With so many joints, locating a leak would be nearly impossible. Shockingly, much of the system is held together with duct tape. While this may last through their warranty period, it's clear the entire system was designed to last just long enough to shift the responsibility of repairs onto the customer.
