On the third attempt, the insurance company included me on the phone call. A woman Sherry answered and she was rude and she said I don't know what you're talking about multiple times. Instead of listening to what the man was saying, she just kept talking and saying I don't know what you're talking about. She was rude. This would've been a 1 star however Lenny called back and was very helpful and very apologetic and said he would mail the plates to me so I didn't have to drive two hours round-trip to get them, a second time.
