Milford Nissan said it was all set and that I had to drive it for 100 miles before they can put on a inspection sticker. The check engine light came back on the next day coming home from work. I brought it back to them and they said that now I need a rebuilt transmission amounting to $ 4500.00. . I decided to try Bellingham Imports because of the review. Amazing customer service ! I've FINALLY found a new auto mechanic whom I can trust to not take me for a ride; in the…read morefigurative sense, not the literal sense. Thankfully, I haven't had much reason to visit a mechanic in a few years but of course, these lucky streaks don't last forever; my 2006 Mazda was making some loud noise when I turned and I was told that it was a wheel bearing by a friend. Also, reaching speeds of 65 mph or greater, my car/steering wheel begins to shake and pull to the left... plus I figured with the mileage (87K) I probably needed a tune-up. Jimmy was great with calling me and keeping me up to date with everything he was going to do, before he was going to do it. After he assessed that it was, in fact, the passenger side wheel bearing that needed to be replaced, he quoted me full price with parts, labor and tax to make sure I was comfortable with it. He also told me he'd check to see if I truly needed a tune-up before doing one and that he'd let me know before he did any further work; it turns out that I didn't need a tune up and won't for at least another 20k miles or so. He was very transparent in the fact that yes, I did need an alignment but more importantly, I need 4 new tires so he suggested I not do the alignment and just get the new tires before the winter time which would take care of all of the issues I'm seeing with the pulling and shaking. Folks, you won't find honesty like this with a mechanic all that often, trust me... I've done the leg work. He was very friendly, quick and efficient. I will FOR SURE be bringing my car back to Jimmy for any future service needs I have.

It's a twenty-minute drive to get there with many reputable service stations in between, but I would never go anywhere else. I trust and rely on Omar, who runs the shop, as much as I would one of my own brothers. I am confident that he and his team will always make the correct diagnosis and decisions, and that the prices will always be fair.
