I found out about Trustworthy Auto through a business promotion at a gym I go to, and I thought "Why the heck not, let's try it." I scheduled my 2019 Lexus for service which was super easy (online appointment). I received a call from Jacob the day prior confirming the appointment and he spent a good amount of time talking to me about the Lexus, prior services I had done, and what they would do. I dropped the vehicle off and Jacob was friendly and ready to answer my questions. A little while later I received a link to a DETAILED (and I mean DETAILED) summary of the car, what they found (or didn't), and recommended repairs. I was not expecting that level of detail, complete with multiple photos. Brandon then called me and spent time explaining the report and what they would recommend. He was super friendly/knowledgeable, and I could tell they cared about being transparent and factual. I received the car back later that day and immediately felt a difference in drive quality! I scheduled my 2018 Audi for service there and am so happy I don't have to drive to Warwick anymore. Trustworthy Auto will handle all of my car servicing from now on...facts!

When he opened his own shop I was on board. I have been dealing with John over 10 years, and have very few complaints. Pros: Honest, straightforward, knowledgeable, and reliable. When you take your car for an estimate John will let you know all your options. He is not the type of mechanic to add a bunch of unneeded work, and extras. Cons: It's just John. You may need to wait a few days to get an appointment, and because of his busy schedule, you may need to purchase parts for the work. I like buying my own parts. It allows me to see what they actually cost, and helps me to know there are no hidden fees. This may be a turn off to some customers. I would recommend getting into a habit of learning what labor, and parts cost. You'll save lots of money in the long run. John works on most makes, and models, but if you are a Volvo owner in the Attleboro area, making friend with John is a must.

Took my car to one shop, and they couldn't figure out the problem. At this point I had taken two extra days off work. After the second day of trying to get my car fixed, I read reviews, and called Tofi at 4 PM. He told me to bring my car in the next morning at 8 AM. He and Jason not only diagnosed a worn/damaged axle, but they made me laugh at a time I was stressing out. They were determined to get my car running and get me back on the road, which Jason did by 11:30 AM. My car is running GREAT! I also really appreciate the fact that they showed me the worn axle and spoke to me like an intelligent human being. Other women will understand what I mean when I say they didn't talk down to me.
