Cerroni's is a reliable and trustworthy repair shop. We have been going to them since we moved here 5 years ago, and they have serviced both of our cars since then. Their prices are reasonable, they work fast, and they are flexible with their payments for large items (we had to replace our engine unexpectedly). This place was the best place to go. My normal place was screwing me over and then my mother referred me to this repair shop when my car broke down for the fifth time. My check engine light had been on for 2 years at least. I left there with no check engine light on for the first time since getting the car. My car is also a hybrid and was not shy about fixing it. Most places turn you away as soon as they hear "hybrid". And while my previous repair shop used to keep it for weeks. I had my car back the same day. read more

My son purchased his first car from Cerroni's last week and we were extremely pleased with how everything was handled from start to finish. We were allowed to take it to our own mechanic without any issue or hesitation or time frame. They were honest, professional, upfront and let us know what work was done in order to pass RI safety inspection. They're known more for their service of cars and have a busy shop but they have a nice selection of used cars for sale for anyone's budget. The cars speak for themselves. All of the cars have a current RI inspection sticker on them as well. Overall I was very pleased and when he needs his next car, we know where he'll be going. read more

The team here is awesome! As a new customer they treated me very well and since then I have turned to them several times for help. Always accommodating, try to get you in as quickly as possible, reasonable pricing. . . When purchasing a new car they even helped me figure out what to do with my old car. Karen is delightful, explains everything. Loving seeing a female mechanic (Go Nicki!!) who is patient with non-mechanic questions and the guy in charge (Tommy I think was his name) is actually kind and helpful. Sure it is nice to have lovely personalities but did I mention everything I have had done, was done once? It is frustrating when you have something fixed and the problem doesn't go away or the next day something else happens... I don't know if they check connected items or what but that doesn't seem to happen here! Also have friends who bought their kids first car here and had nothing but great things to say about that side of the business as well! read more

Worst auto repair and car sales place you could possibly go to. They sold my mom a car that was constantly having problems and needed to be fixed. The second they sense you are anything other than an expert with cars they will try their damndest to screw you over. They are crazy overpriced. I have left that place after just fixing my car only to have a brake line break right out the driveway. Brought that sh*t right back, and the guy, OF COURSE, said that it needed fixing and charged me for it. Personally I believe someone tampered with my car. Never brought it back after that. Made the biggest mistake of my life buying my NOW car from them bc they had a somewhat cheap price for the car. I paid 2200$ for the thing. Noticed a few things, that they "fixed" and then even slapped a new inspection sticker on... So they WERE going to sell me that car without a brand new inspection sticker if I hadn't have pointed anything out. This car is NOT mechanically sound. In the first year, the alternator went, the heater core went, there was a problem with the damn thing having like 3 different alarm systems that all butted heads and caused problems in my car, my windows never worked right, neither does the AC, there was a slight shifting/tranny issue when I first got it, had to replace the struts, axle, and wheel bearings already, and NOW the damn thing is giving me a code for TPS and power train module issues..... effin ridiculous. This thing has been nothing but a pain for me. Save yourself the trouble and DON'T BUY FROM HERE OR GO HERE FOR REPAIRS!!!!! read more
