Instead of listening to what the man was saying, she just kept talking and saying I don't know what you're talking about. She was rude. This would've been a 1 star however Lenny called back and was very helpful and very apologetic and said he would mail the plates to me so I didn't have to drive two hours round-trip to get them, a second time. I informed the person who answered that the car was dead and it was frigidly cold. The person with Andrade Towing was rude, dismissive, said he was cold, (which made no sense given that I was stranded and waiting), and then hung up on me instead of providing an update. At that point, I contacted my insurance co to report the interaction and requested the tow be canceled (now going on nearly 2 hours of waiting) and reassigned to a more deserving company. Being stranded in the cold and treated disrespectfully when asking for basic information is not okay. I would not recommend this company.
