These guys are incredible. They took my rusted out jeep that should have gone to the scrap yard and made it showroom new again. They are friendly and honest. I had a bumper replaced and some minor stone chips repaired on the hood of my car at Baker's Auto in Plymouth, MA in January 2016. They touched up all the dings on the hood and repainted it. When I got the car back, the surface was uneven with dust and fibers embedded in the paint. They offered to buff it out, but said I should wait until spring to give the paint time to harden. I now have significant amounts of rust on the hood. It's been a little over a year and a half, but the warranty was only for 12 months. The only rust on my car is where it was repainted, and it seems to me that a paint job should last more than a year and a half. Additionally the aftermarket bumper they used doesn't fit properly and does not sit flush with the fenders on the car as it should. read more

Great Service! I broke down outside of Baker's Auto shop with no idea what was wrong with my car. Chris was instantly helpful. He brought out a portable battery charger, and when that didn't work him and his son said they would figure out what was wrong with it and fix it ASAP. I parked too close to a wall and, in leaving the parking space, managed to knock off my driver side mirror and scratch and dent the door nicely. Baker's was recommended to me so I brought my car there for an estimate. They beat the competitor so I brought them my car.. They put on a new door, painted it, and also replaced the Sideview mirror. The paint matches PERFECTLY, all the controls on the door work, the Sideview mirror is adjustable as before, the door locks and unlocks keylessly, as it should, and everything is WONDERFUL. This is without any nagging, reminding, complaining, or anything else negative from me. I brought the car, they gave me an estimate, they did the work they promised - - and even lowered the price because some of the work wasn't necessary, and they did the work in the time period that they quoted. I even dealt with others when dropping off and picking up the car and every step along the way each experience was a positive one! No one likes to have a car accident, but Baker's Auto helped in innumerable ways to make this an easy experience. They are all pleasant and professional, take care of dealing with the insurance company, are happy to answer questions that arise.
