It came back and said they had additional recommendations to do for work front and rear shocks and rear brakes pads and rotors when I asked to see visual aids of these things they couldn't have been bothered to actually take a picture in a video to show me what was going on After 7+ days I went to go pick the vehicle up. It wasn't even in walking distance and I'm looking around and I said the not out here and they're like oh it's in the back you have to go walk and get it yourself and I've been going to wear him for basic maintenance for 10 years. Not mention, I am the definition of a one man band at work so leaving my place of business to go pick up and drop off a vehicle. I have to move to do so. Safeco insurance adjuster estimated the damage at around $1100. Lenny contacted me and said what the adjuster wanted to do was not the proper repair. I agreed, I was in the auto business and had experience with this kind of repair. Lenny fought for my rights with the insurance company. They agreed to review claim. Long story short a $1100 claim became a $4500+ claim. Without Lenny's advice my auto would have had a substandard repair. The repair and the paint work was perfect. I'd already gotten 2 estimates from other body shops (both in Hyannis), but my gut said to get one more. I saw the other reviews for this place and figured it wouldn't hurt to see what they could do for my car. Total professionalism, and competence just in the estimate alone, so I knew my car was in good hands. Not only does my car look fantastic, the work was completed for less than the estimate. Since I was not going through insurance, this was an even better deal. Here's the thing. All my estimates were within a couple hundred dollars of each other. Nate gave me a clear assessment of what the car needed.
