So far not impressed. Very disappointed as they came highly recommended. I went in last week on Tuesday. Steve told me he would have an estimate in my email that night. It still has not arrived. I called today and was told Steve did not do estimates that J.B did he was on vacation. Time is important my car needs to be inspected. While waiting I hunted down the parts I know are needed as I saw the shock tower that was crushed under the bumper. I also need the Apron reinforcement both on the drivers side. I called to find our about my estimate and to let then know I found the parts. Everything else is fine. I was told to call back when JB was back in. I feel like my time was not respected and am now looking elsewhere for a timely repair. read more

Robertson's auto body did a wonderful job fixing my 2017 Honda CRV. Everyone I worked with was so pleasant, walked me through the process step by step, never made me feel stupid when questions asked. When I got it back the paint job looked brand new, the entire tailgate looked untouched and was perfectly aligned back into place. I was extremely happy with the work they did. My car was detailed inside as well which made me feel very confident in the quality of work they performed and my car felt brand new! It's an honor to be the first review on this establishment. I've just returned from rescuing my car from a two and a half week stay at Robertson's. I must note that it looks exactly the same as when I dropped it off. I called several weeks ahead of the date I brought my car in, after stopping by for an estimate. I wanted to make sure it was a good time to bring it in to be worked on. From the scheduled date, it was estimated to take one week to repair the scratched door panel that brought me to the shop. I was told to prepare for a week and a half "just in case." After 7 business days (9 calendar days) I called to check on the progress. I was told the wrong parts had been delivered. The correct parts we supposedly in, and the car would be brought into the shop the next day. Give it another week, tops. Today, it was revealed to me by a body shop employee that the parts had been in from day one, making this Lie One. Days pass, with increasing amounts of getting the run-around and promises that it's next in line. It will be done soon, Steve says. Cut to today, two and a half weeks since it was brought in. The car is still parked where it was left. Being promised ten times over I would have it by today, my firmly stated deadline, I am completely let down. Also, it baffles me why the owner couldn't be honest about when he would have time to work on my car. It is completely drivable, and could've saved me a TON of aggravation getting to and from work for the past seventeen days. The worst part of the experience is the completely condescending, smug attitude of the business' front-man, Steve. Avoid him, and this shop altogether if you have respect for yourself and your time. The employees over at Robertson's Auto Body did a fantastic job on repairing some damage on my Honda Civic. Not only were the employees incredibly respectful of me and of my time, they took the time to explain what they were doing. When I was waiting for the work to be completed Steve (the office manager) was friendly and cordial. Big fan and will be returning in the future if I need more work done. read more

If there was no stars i would have put none. My experience there was the worst experience i have ever had with a business in my life. The most unprofessional people i have ever met had to bring the vehicle back multiple times. I am no auto body professional but i had to make them a diagram of everything they screwed up on . In the end after multiple return trips we still didnt feel safe in the car and sold it. Do not go there read more

Took SIX WEEKS for a minor repair to fix damage on my Truck. Almost impossible to get updates on progress.I would drive by and see my veh just sitting out front, never move. Calls from Steve never returned, or when I did talk to him he would just brush me off. His whole reaction was "You have Rental coverage, don't worry about it." He lost my paperwork after two weeks. Was told it would be about week at the most initially. Then always "maybe another day or two". I would go in person to check and still would have to leave without an update, or be told parts haven't come in or they came in wrong/damaged. In the end Steve would just brush it off as if it were no big deal. I had to hound him every day in person for days until they moved my work to the front of the line, and then I finally got fed up and had to go see the owner. SIX WEEKS. SIX WEEKS. NEVER AGAIN. read more
