Giving a massive shout out to Nate @ Rotary Collision for the work he did on my vehicle 3 weeks aho. I'd already gotten 2 estimates from other body shops (both in Hyannis), but my gut said to get one more. I saw the other reviews for this place and figured it wouldn't hurt to see what they could do for my car. Total professionalism, and competence just in the estimate alone, so I knew my car was in good hands. Not only does my car look fantastic, the work was completed for less than the estimate. Since I was not going through insurance, this was an even better deal. Here's the thing. All my estimates were within a couple hundred dollars of each other. Nate gave me a clear assessment of what the car needed. No "what if this" or "maybe this will need to be replaced" etc. It's refreshing to hear straight talk, have a car fixed with no hassles, and walk out saving almost $450.00. (All done with the utmost concern just as the Covid 19 shutdown was starting to go down. We were passing through Plymouth and staying in a campground when a pole jumped out and attacked our car. Rotary Collision was recommended so we went there. Wonderful work that was worth the wait. All auto body shops were super busy and I (luckily) got into Rotary Auto Collision in Yarmouth after someone drove into the front right quadrant of my Hyundai. I was told there was a huge backup right from the beginning, so there were no false promises. Ken was my contact and he was professional, understanding and responsive when I called or stopped by. I just left Rotary Collision in Sandwich and had to write them a great review! I pulled in hoping to get an estimate on a small repair I had attempted to fix myself and ended up making worse. The man in the office when I walked in was friendly and extremely helpful, and ended up fixing my "fix", plus the original problem, on the spot. He made my day, and couldn't have been nicer about it. I can't speak for large repairs, but these guys get five stars in my book for their fast, kind help today with my small problem-and bonus points for not making me feel any worse for bumbling the repair myself! read more

Damaged car? Have it fixed like new I went to Rotary Collision in sandwich because they helped me with my truck when it was damaged and even tho i didn't get it fixed by them they were happy to help me with the insurance paperwork. When my wife's car got damaged i went back to them. Nate got me a quote the net day and handled most everything with my insurance ,USAA. He got the parts quickly and finished in a timely manner. When my wife needed her car back for the weekend they made it work. She got her car for the weekend. Then they came to my house Monday morning and picked it up, finished her car and dropped it back off complete. The car looks better than when we purchased it. Nate even vacuumed the inside of her car. They made this experience wonderful not just for me who set everything up to get my wife's car fixed but for my wife also. As a new resident to Sandwich, I recently brought my car to Nate and could not have had a better experience.
