The $3 sign got me in the door, and haven't left since. The first time I came here a few years back, it actually was $3. Since then, the prices have crept up by a $1 at a time. It is currently sitting at $6 for a regular wash which is not bad for a car wash and free vacuums. You can upgrade to higher tiers which offer more such as tire shine, undercarriage, wax, etc. There is a $19.99/month unlimited wash deal for the basic wash (2 month minimum). They take cash or card and you pay before going through. There is sometimes a line but luckily this place is located on a wide street so it's easy to wrap around on the break down lane. The guys working there are nice and efficient. Since a couple years back, they have a special where if you buy a $25 gift card, they give you a premium wash for free that same day. The premium wash includes a couple of cool perks including an undercarriage wash so it's my go to deal every spring. To the side of the main automatic car wash tunnel, they have what appears to be a handwashing station and they will do your windows and something else for $11 more. There is a good amount of vacuum station and there are vacuums on either side of your car which makes it very convenient; it gets uncomfortable having to reach a vacuum tube from one side to the other. They don't have a limit, but they do encourage you to be cognizant of other customers. The vacuums are strong and whenever I have gone, none have been broken which is unheard of. read more

There was an attendant ready to help guide my car and tires right on the conveyor belt and my car came out very clean. Classic is an older car wash facility, but their prices are great for a quick wash. Just $6 will get you the basic wash. It doesn't do an amazing job - I find that the rear window and the hatch area of my RAV often still have salt on it, but it's good enough for when you want to get your car cleaned up in the middle of winter. I was shopping in Cranston and stopped in to try Classic Car Wash. The prices are better than others and the staff very nice. I don't really expect my tires/rims to come clean going through a car wash, but I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and shiny my 3series came out. I went on a busy afternoon and they looked overwhelmed I push forward it was now my turn, half way through the wash the cars start smashing into each other including mine! The machinery was shut off and cars were left with damage. Yes we had to file a police report right outside. My wife has been taking her car here for the past year. I normally do my car myself because I'm quite picky when it comes to cleaning my car. I must say that I was rather surprised at the nice job these guys did. The vacuum job was good, the windows were nice and clean. The finishers did a great job towel drying my entire car and they even cleaned the inside doorjambs. I couldn't have done a better job myself. For 16.95 + 1.00 more because I have an SUV. My vehicle was cleaned inside & out and i was completely satisfied. They even give you a free hot or iced coffee from the coffee shop next door. Classic Car Wash is like a neighborhood kid cutting your lawn. They don't do the best job, but it's pretty darn good. A very friendly staff suggests many options which are very reasonably priced. I usually get the basic , which is just about the price of a cup of coffee. Be patient though. There's usually a line and they want to give everyone the same great service. And remember to tip. Paid for a total wash today the three kids working the finish area wiped the windows did the tires but didn't wipe off the rest of the car. Told me I was all set and went on to another car. I walked over to the them and said they weren't done there was still water dripping from the rear lift gate, door jams and roof racks. They wiped the door jams and that was it. I ended up having to pick up a towel and wipe down the car myself. Completely unacceptable. Your employees should be more worried about finishing a customers car than smoking a cigarette. Will not be going back here anymore. Also your employees should not be moving a customers seat. They are in the car for less than 10 seconds. read more

The 3rd self wash scratch my brand spanking new car.(14 camry) As i posted the picture below you can see a metal adapter connecting two hoses. This was just hitting my car on the roof,hood, and sides. I didnt notice that it was there till the car was completely dry and i went back and seen it the adapter and of course they close when im there. Absolutely garbage. The automatic car wash damaged two of my cars. First time wasn't too bad, pushed in the grill, figured it wasn't fully clipped on. But Friday I took my Flawless BMW there, has NO body damage whatsoever... and guess what! The machine literally yanked my pass-side side skirt off. I'm talking, RIPPED. IT. OFF!! Went to the car wash on a Thursday around 10 spent 23 dollars on a car wash. My wheel wells are still FULL of dried mud, cup holders were still filthy, winshield was'nt wiped down properly, there were crumbs in the back of the car...I have 2 kids, I'll be the first to admit my car is messy but I took all of the trash out first before they supposidly cleaned. I've never been so dissapointed with a service before. it's like they just did'nt give a crap...oh and to top it all off. I called around 1pm that day to speak with a manager ( I couldnt go back I was on my way to get my son) and she told me the manager won't be back until friday morning. I called friday afternoon there was no answer, left a message asking a manager to call me back regarding my visit, and surprise surprise it's now MONDAY evening and I have'nt heard a word from the place. I took my car there on Saturday the 21st of September. Once I was given my free coffee receipt I headed back through the car wash. That is when I immediately saw the slice in my leather seat. When I asked the attendant what happened he would not answer me. I asked to speak to the manager. When she came out she was extremely rude. She looked in my car and said it was wear and tear. Then she tried to give me another story telling me that the attendant(her brother) told me that I had a slice in my driver's leather seat. She refused to call the owner. She told me to go have the cashier call. The cashier said "its her father, have her call. I went back and told the manager she needed to contact the owner. Not surprisingly he was not available and wouldn't be for a few days. I called the Cranston Police Dep't to file a report, as well as take pictures of what used to be pristine leather interior. I have put a complaint in with the Better Business Bureau and I filed a complaint with Channel 12. Unfortunately it is my word against their word. To this day, the owner has not called me back.
