By the time I pulled up to the window, the staff saw me there and still closed the window on me without any acknowledgment. I understand lunch breaks are important, and they do have the hours posted -- but it's not the customer's fault when previous transactions take longer. If someone is already waiting in line before closing time, they should be helped or at least communicated with. This was frustrating and felt dismissive.
