By the time I pulled up to the window, the staff saw me there and still closed the window on me without any acknowledgment. I understand lunch breaks are important, and they do have the hours posted -- but it's not the customer's fault when previous transactions take longer. If someone is already waiting in line before closing time, they should be helped or at least communicated with. This was frustrating and felt dismissive. I hope they handle situations like this with more courtesy in the future.

They send me to the Tiverton location. At first I thought that it wasn't in stock at this store, but to find out they never processed her insurance right. I had issues getting her prescription at the Tiverton location, but thats another story. After going out of my way, jumping threw hoops and getting rudely treated, I ended up getting her prescription at Walgreens. Recently I went to pick my prescription, after 20 robocalls to remind me. When I went to pick it up, it was for a three month supply. I did not ask for a Three month supply and told them to do a one month supply. They told me it would take a half hour to fill and would be $59.00 dollars more than what I would normally pay. That's 50% more than what I normally pay, talk about price gouging. I ended up going to another pharmacy where I pay a little more than what I was paying at CVS, but No where near $59.00. They do not communicate with their customers. They just automatically do things without any notice. The robocalls to remind you are a total pain. I constantly tell them I don't want to be reminded and they keep doing it. Also, l have told them numerous times not to automatically fill my prescription, but they still do. I am totally done with this garbage pharmacy. Don't bother with CVS, go to Walgreens, Stop and Shop or an independent pharmacy of your choosing.

Thousands of dollars worth of plants.. dead/dying because there is one assigned person trying his best to hold it together. Ethan is a star for trying. Meanwhile the few staff they have are trying to keep up with train wreck of stocking, cleaning up from people tossing stuff on floors in clothes depts especially. Other depts have people on cell phones or just hanging out! If the manager on site is trying to hold all this together with no back up from corporate or district manager.. this place needs to be revamped on staffing support and upper level management retrained or made to work the floors!
