Upon her release from rehab I called with only a few days notice with new medications and a very small window in which to have it delivered. I called one Wednesday and was told friday but they had them there on thursday . As the primary care giver for my mom I am so appreciative when I find ppl who will help me and make my.life easier. I arrived before 1:30 PM, knowing they close for lunch at that time. I was in line behind two cars and waited patiently. By the time I pulled up to the window, the staff saw me there and still closed the window on me without any acknowledgment. I understand lunch breaks are important, and they do have the hours posted -- but it's not the customer's fault when previous transactions take longer. If someone is already waiting in line before closing time, they should be helped or at least communicated with. This was frustrating and felt dismissive. I hope they handle situations like this with more courtesy in the future.
