Received a text later in the day with an apology. Too little too late. I wasted an entire day (my Birthday). Won't schedule any other services. Pleased with the new braider Binta African Hair Braiding in Pawtucket. I requested a refund. She offered $25 credit at her beauty store. No thanks. :(

I did notice the owners were like watching everything from the registers. But you kinda gotta expect that at a small business beauty supply store. Definitely gonna come back when I need a restock on that beard oil! Also have my eye on that Jamaican flag bandana too haha.
