I'm done with CVS. Poor service and price gouging. The pharmacy is short staffed constantly. The store prices are outrages. recently , i was looking for Mucinex 1200mg. the price at CVS was $23.99 for 18. Market Basket was $14.99 for 18 and Target was $13.99 for 16. This pharmacy is awful! The lines are are unreasonably long, daily. They know peak hours are at about 5pm and always only 2 of 4 registers open and literally 20 plus people in line. Absolutely terrible!!! Higher more staff!! read more

My daughter was in dire need of an inhaler. She ran out the day before and had to go to the hospital because she was very close to having an asthma attack. We normally use Walgreens and have never had any issues. But the nearby Walgreens' were closed for the holiday weekend. The pharmacy tech at CVS did not want to help resolve her insurance issue when she asked for help and she said, "I don't care." We left without an inhaler and had to drive to Walgreens in Providence to get the issue resolved. Will never use CVS again. They clearly do not care about their customers and health. I never got the name of the tech but she was older, had light brown hair with grays, and has no empathy for people. If you are having an emergency, go somewhere else. read more

Normally a great pharmacy, but now needs to be cleaned. Very messy and stinks like wet dog. What a shock multiple dogs in this store. This is a dirty, filthy, store. I will not fulfill anymore prescriptions here. read more

This is written December 2019. For the last 3 or 4 months, I've had an ongoing problem with the pharmacy not filling my prescriptions on time, sending me text messages stating my prescriptions are ready when they're not, not contacting my doctor for refills in a timely manner, texting me that my prescriptions are ready when they aren't, etc. To get my monthly prescriptions filled takes at least 2 trips to the pharmacy each month as some *might* be ready and others won't (even though they send text messages stating that they are). Pharmacy staff tells you on the phone they'll hold the prescriptions until you can arrange for someone to pick them up (and up to 2 weeks) but when they get there 5 days later so all prescriptions will be ready and it can be done in one trip, they've all been put back. I do not drive to the pharmacy, I have to arrange for someone to pick up my prescriptions for me. I do not like inconveniencing someone twice. I used this pharmacy for years without incident - now I have to look for a new pharmacy. Maybe I'll find one with skillful management that cares enough to do their only job. read more

After having to deal with other pharmacies...I can say hands down that this one is the easiest one to deal with. They are always mindful of my red dye allergy. I'm still paranoid and remind them over the phone and check my pills at pick up though. They usually fix all the issues before I come to pick them up. Friendly and easy to work with :) read more

this location is one of my favorites! It is close to my house and just underwent a remodel. The staff is particularly helpful and attentive. I really enjoy that some of the staff members dress up and wear dress shirts/ties. It makes me feel like its higher-end compared to CVS's competitors. I always feel welcomed and like I am receiving stellar customer service! Keep up the great work! read more

I am sorry but i disagree with the lot of you. The last few times the staff has been extremely rude. Made me feel very uncomfortable, didm't ask if i have any questions for the pharmacist like other cvs's that I have gone too. Another thing which is not really an issue because I always like to go in but for those people that rather use the drive up access, they do not have one. You have to go in. read more

Overall I am very impressed with this store. The layout is intuitive, the one time I did ask for help it was very prompt and very courteous, and the minute clinic is fine. The only cause for concern was that the drug counter was a little chaotic. Granted this is flu season and people are pretty sick so it stands to reason there'll be patients waiting for their scripts. Got a couple of nasty looks from some of these sick people because they called my name ahead of them. I hope they recover quickly from their ailments. read more
