My insurance doesn't allow me to use Walmart. I ended passing out on a subway platform! Luckily no train was coming and I didn't contact the 3rd rail! The hospital contacted my insurance company and was able to use another pharmacy. CVS leaves a lot to be desired!

It's in a very small strip mall on busy Atwood Ave next to an Italian deli. But walk inside and it's a neat and clean small full service pharmacy with the things you NEED for your health care needs. Rubbing alcohol, bandaids, various cold remedies and more. Some folks of a certain age may not remember this, but you actually had to go to a DRUG STORE to buy these things. So this is that drug store from your grandparent's days. They also have the old school pharmacy kitsch-sun catchers and little trinkets at the counter. But onto the good stuff -the staff. They are kind, friendly and professional. An absolute delight! They clearly had a steady flow of senior customers who are regulars and they took the time to catch up with all of them. This place is all about service. So please don't come here if you're looking for a big box, in and out, make no eye contact transaction. DO come here if you want someone to connect with you, chat up a fellow customer in line and ask about your day - and have the staff greet you by first name, answer your questions thoroughly and apply the proper insurance discounts for you. Parking is tight but easy in and out with a traffic light adjacent to the parking lot.

They are an amazing group of kids from Zahan to Sean and Manny etc. Yes you'll be on a 1st name basis in no time. They have helped me immensely. They are not only helpful they actually care about you. Can you say that at any other pharmacy? Probably not. They're in Johnston approximately 7 miles or so from my house but I'd rather drive there than deal with another cvs or Walgreens. However they do deliver. I thought that was weird and it was. The prescription was never run through my insurance, that copay was made up by the pharmacist because he did not like the reimbursement. I will just say that this 100% illegal. They have a contract with my insurance company, regardless of the reimbursement. Meaning they are obligated to fill my prescription at whatever cost to them. I am going to be refilling my prescription in a few weeks, we will see how much the guy behind the counter "thinks" he's going to charge me. I have zero problem reporting them to the board of pharmacy and Blue Cross.

At times we don't know if we need to get these until the day of or day before. They have driven down to North Kingstown to delivery one set after a very late decision by the Dr's. This was very helpful as it was the end of the work day and there was no way we could make it to Lincoln before they closed. On Christmas weekend we thought we were going to enter into another situation of needing the drugs on a holiday. We called to let them know and found out the RI branch would be closed. The branch in Waltham, Mass was very helpful and followed-up with us when they hadn't heard if we would be needing the prescription or not. They have truly acted like an extension of our health-care....which is more than you usually get out of National Chains where you are another faceless customer.

I requested to have the manager come up and he claimed that he doesn't understand why my receipt has a different card number. I proceeded to explain that I use my debt card for all of my purchases and even offered to show him the exact amount of the receipt that was taken out of my debit card banking account. He finally agreed to "credit" the card and was not able to provide me with any sort of receipt confirming that I had a credit due. Almost a week later and I still have not seen the credit show up on my account! My advice, don't return anything if you don't have to! I'm very disappointed because I have good experiences otherwise. I am changing my rating due to the fact that I received the refund on my debt card yesterday.

They don't care about the personal service. I'll find a small pharmacy where the people care about you. Now we are just meat in a grinder for these Large corporations. They don't care if you go days without your meds almost like they're saving money.

The price is a very very reasonable they go out of their way to make sure they get the best price for your prescription. They also offer free delivery in Attleboro. I know this because I have a client who gets her medicine delivered from them and she lives in assisted-living by Lassale trine. They also have cards as well as other types of toiletries and pharmacy items you need like powder or cream more that type of stuff. I went in yesterday and they have now put in a eyeglass store so you can bring your prescriptions in and pick up the eyeglasses and stuff and have them filled so it's kind like one stop shopping type of thing.
