I visited 508 dentist for a dental implant consultation after being informed by their staff that…read morethis service would be provided at no cost. Based on this assurance, I proceeded with the appointment under the impression that there would be no associated charges after checking with them three times. 1. I called his office and was confirmed "The consultation is free." 2. When I was at his office, I was asked to provide my insurance information. I asked why since I was there only for a consultation. I was told, "It's for the purpose of the cost estimation." 3. The doctor asked me to do an x-ray during the visit, and I asked his assistant, "I didn't have to pay for this right?", and she said, "No." However, I was informed by my insurance company that he filled a claim for both the consultation and the x-ray. My insurance only covers the consultation but not the x-ray. I've checked with them step by step and was shocked by their unethical behavior. As a patient, I don't know what to do to avoid unexpected expenses in the future. Asking doctors and their staff to write down everything they say?????

She is so careful about how much injecting and I actually am getting a few less units of Botox and loving the look even more. I went for my first ultra laser with her and it's unreal. I had family visiting me from the West Coast and while they were here, my 10 year old niece had a bracket pop off of her braces. I was frantically calling around to find someone who could at least fix the wire that was digging into her gums, and because she is not a regular patient here, nobody could help for several days. I got a recommendation for Pediatric Dental Healthcare from a friend whose kids are patients there, and thank goodness, when I called them, the staff completely understood the situation and were so nice! They got her right in the same day and Dr G. did a fantastic job of carefully assessing what was going on, fixing the wire enough to make her mouth stable and comfortable for the week, and advising us on what to let her orthodontist know as soon as she got home. He absolutely saved us from having a kid with a a sore mouth for several days! I'm seriously considering moving my own kids over from our pediatric dentist to this practice - it was clean, well organized, everyone we dealt with was so friendly and welcoming, and they got us right in and out all while making my nervous niece feel comfortable. Two big thumbs up for this practice, I'm so thankful that they came to save the day for us!

Not only are most of the employees passive aggressive, but they are expensive and terrible at their…read morejobs. I've had my son get multiple cavities filled there. Every time it took forever and he always complained about the pain afterwards. I switched him to my dentist, he was in and out in less than 10 minutes for a cavity filling, didn't feel a thing, and the staff were much nicer.
