Whoever she is, give her a raise! Her customer skills are on point and we finally got all of my medications situated today. I definitely recomend this pharmacy as when I went to pick up my dedications Kristen was not working. The lady who checked me out was courteous and seemed knowledgeable with my situation. I requested to have the manager come up and he claimed that he doesn't understand why my receipt has a different card number. I proceeded to explain that I use my debt card for all of my purchases and even offered to show him the exact amount of the receipt that was taken out of my debit card banking account. He finally agreed to "credit" the card and was not able to provide me with any sort of receipt confirming that I had a credit due. Almost a week later and I still have not seen the credit show up on my account! My advice, don't return anything if you don't have to! I'm very disappointed because I have good experiences otherwise. I am changing my rating due to the fact that I received the refund on my debt card yesterday.

They don't care about the personal service. I'll find a small pharmacy where the people care about you. Now we are just meat in a grinder for these Large corporations. All in all, I prefer this place over others. It's 24 hours, they always have what I need, and majority of the time the employees there are really knowledgeable, informative, very nice, understanding (especially during these times in the pandemic), polite, respectful, and not judgemental. This is a popular pharmacy and I have learned what times are the best for shorter wait times; longest was about 45 minutes but there was like 20 people in the pharmacy line and it was during rush hour just before dinner time. Also, I have never had an issue with my prescriptions. They always fill them correctly for me and my family. There was a few times over the years I have met rude employees but I only saw them once or twice and never saw them again. Over all, if you want a dependable pharmacy and don't mind waiting in line... this is a good pharmacy to go to.

Jackie who owns it is truly a wonderful person and she really does great things for the community she even delivers them for a seniors who can't get to the store for their medicines. In the past few years my mother had moved to California and couldn't afford her insulin out there and Miss Jackie would take and bundle it up and mail it to her in California so she always had her Insulin.
