He resolved the issue and offered to help with any other problems. I ran down a quick list of repairs that I would need for my car and was told to bring my car in and he would help me. About two weeks later, my engine was losing anti freeze. I brought my car to them and was told that it would be looked at the next morning and I would be given a ballpark price on what I wanted repaired. Within a short time I was told a price for all of the work I wanted done. My car's repairs were completed that day and it runs beautiful! After dropping my car off the night before, I had gone to eat at a local restaurant where I was urged to get my car out of there because of bad past reviews. The two men who run this gas station are very pleasant, friendly and I felt comfortable that I had made a right choice, I did not listen to bad rumors because I felt they were not trying to be a scammer at all. When I picked my car up the next morning, I explained how the locals were bad talking the mechanical service here and that I didn't care because I just didn't feel a wrong decision was going to be a result. I was using my own judgement. He explained to me that the prior owners had built up a negative reputation and it was clear that this is what people only see. These are not the scammers that the locals are remembering. These are great mechanics, friendly, honest, absolutely fair with their rates and as long as I live in this location, I have a great auto service station.
