The other side looks like you should be able to get in since you can see the CVS, but it's blocked off. You could technically park and walk over the curb if you really wanted to, but it's definitely not ideal. Customer service was good, and there was no line, so checkout was quick and easy. I had no issues with pricing or my purchase. I do wish they had self-checkout, though, since I find that much more convenient. The prices are a little on the higher side, but with CVS, you're paying for the convenience, so I understand it. Overall, a good and convenient location.

I go there and they haven't even started to fill it yet. The second time I tried to fill a perscription they tried to charge me a $150.00 copay. I told them there was no co pay so after waiting a while they said there was a $10.00 copay. I told them insurange covered it. He said if I wanted the perscription I HAD to pay the copay, so I did. The next week I get a check from Walgreens for the copay. Today I tried a third time to fill another perscription. I get a call to come get it. omce there they said I needed my Medicare card, which I did not have with me so they refused to Fill the perscription. Why didn't they tell me to bring the card when they told me the perscription was ready and come get it. Stay away from this place.

Amazingly, there was no waiting line and the employees were very efficient about processing my return. I appreciated the prompt, efficient service. I also saw the signs advertising the "sensory friendly" hours, from 8 a.m. - 10 a.m. that Walmart is now offering every day. I was thrilled to learn about this special service for shoppers, and I certainly wish that more stores would offer these benefits. Many people--including those with autism and migraines--will enjoy shopping at this time. In a world where "unplugging" can be so hard to do, I appreciate that Walmart is making an effort to help reduce the sensory overload problem. Perhaps this will be the start of a new trend in retailing; I hope so!

I am being truly open about this CVS I am not an employee, nor am I paid to give an opinion, nor am I a competitor of theirs.. surely if I were a competitor it would not be a positive review. CVS West Central Street, Franklin, Ma. is my #1 pharmacy, I have unintentionally had my prescriptions filled at other pharmacies over the years with different Doctors who were clearly not awake or paying attention to where I would like my prescriptions filled, and they lacked the personality and the Friendly service (with a smile). The pharmacy at W.Central CVS is not the only attraction for me, the great staff that they have running the rest of the place is Friendly and Always Helpful when I call upon them for something I need. An employee has even helped me when she was literally done for the day working but stopped to give this old man a hand in finding some things I needed... and that was not the only time with the different employees over the years. I recommend CVS West Central Franklin Ma .. It has almost become a second home for me.. I walk in and they are smiling , and they say Good Morning (whatever time of day it is).. and when I am leaving - Have a nice day /evening.. weekend.. It often feels like you're bothering them just by asking a question. There always seems to be some kind of delay with prescriptions. Today, I was told my daughter's medication was being filled off-site, but that's an explanation I've heard several times before. The repeated delays and lack of communication are frustrating. Overall, the customer service has been consistently disappointing, and I would not recommend this pharmacy based on my experience.
