When I said I didn't have it (the self checkout machine didn't print it, but I had paid), he said I couldn't leave until he saw proof of purchase. He walked me back over to self checkout and got another staff member, who at first tried to make me pay again for the items I had already purchased. When I told him that, he went through the machine history and reprinted it. Meanwhile the security guard told me "be patient princess", which I found incredibly condescending. They're flexible; they work with me to meet my very specific allergy needs, too. AND, one time they accidentally filled an older dose of one of my prescriptions, and when I noticed and let them know, the refilled the correct one free of charge(!) saving me a LOT of money I hope that when (if?) I can get my prescriptions covered, my insurance will still let me use Maida.

I was told by my doctor to try and switch to BILH /BIDMC Pharmacy from CVS. I used CVS for years…read more I have memory issues and have trouble remembering to call in Meds. CVS for years sent me reminders through text and email that it was time to put in for meds each month. BILH did give texts for two months after that nothing. I talked to a pharmacist that told me they hear that all the time. Well this didnt help me. I have memory issues and forgot, I had to call in 2 weeks later and put in another delivery. On the App there is no way to ask to get notifications, apparently the notifications are broken. They dont do Auto refills on my medication. So now not sure if they will refill it in 2 weeks or im screwed with my insurance. The Pharmacist at BILH suggested i use CVS who is better at notifying customers. wow.... Think i just might
