Takes some time to enter everything, many times the screen does not record your touch entry, some older people find it confusing. Pharmacist used to find you instantly with name and dob. Why the stupid touchscreens? Truly a pain to use, especially when touchpad does not sense entry. Additionally, one has to touch a touchscreen used by untold number of people leaving germs to hop onto your finger. What a terrible idea. Referring to CVS in Belmont, Ma. Calling in continues to be terrible, no answers, have to leave message for eventual callback.

Today I received an incorrect quantity…read moreto my prescription and was overbilled my co-pay which I unfortunately didn't realize until I got home late. I called (grumpy) and explained my situation at 8:54pm to the pharmacist on the phone, which was just 6 minutes before the pharmacy closes. He told me he would have to sort it out in the morning because they were closing up. 30 minutes later, at 9:25pm (or 25 minutes after their pharmacy area had closed) the pharmacist called me back! Not only has he figured out the billing mistake and the health insurance mixup and the issue with quantity, but he's ordered a refund and set aside the right amount needed to complete my prescription. They are ready and waiting for me. Staying late, dealing with my headache after hours... and then calling me, explaining what happened, and fixing the problem to make right a wrong... that's REAL customer service! Thank you!

I used to have to wait 25 minutes in line on a regular basis, and sometimes the prescriptions weren't even ready girl even if we got texts saying they were ready. Calling CVS on the phone was an exercise in frustration. Sometimes I used to joke that they should give out something to relax customers since they were stressing them out so much by making them wait. I just want to mention I know they were short staffed, and I have some compassion for that often. Their phones were just rang and rang for 25 minutes. You would be waiting in line and just see that they never answered their phones, so being shortstaffed is one thing, but one of the pharmacist was rude on a regular basis, and made a mistake that caused a lot of stress and inconvenience. Versus--The customer service at WCP is night and day compared to CVS. They also do local deliveries on the house. It's a clean well lit place. It's not like a huge Walgreens or CVS. This is a smaller local place that could be your cheers ( in the arena a pharmacies:) Here you'll be welcomed by name. When I had Covid Narik even called me to see how I was! You're not going to get that kind of service at a corporate pharmacy!
