I went back today to confirm the address and make sure where it was and he was pretty rude and angry. There was a young man who helped me locate where the store was because i had to walk away from Jain he was so exasperated. He didn't want to admit or apologize for dropping the ball on my medication and was pissed that i'm back asking for directions. His behavior doesn't bode well for CVS and customer service. I'm not even sure he left my name with the other CVS. And i'm not sure i want to come back to that CVS which is convenient to my office to get my meds.

Additionally, one has to touch a touchscreen used by untold number of people leaving germs to hop onto your finger. What a terrible idea. Referring to CVS in Belmont, Ma. When I said I didn't have it (the self checkout machine didn't print it, but I had paid), he said I couldn't leave until he saw proof of purchase. He walked me back over to self checkout and got another staff member, who at first tried to make me pay again for the items I had already purchased. When I told him that, he went through the machine history and reprinted it. Meanwhile the security guard told me "be patient princess", which I found incredibly condescending. I would recommend any poc especially to stay away from this store.
