The last message I left was this morning when she was in a meeting. There was never a call back until I caught her this afternoon. She flippantly said she never received a message and that her staff would know the answers anyway. That was not true. They did not. There's off street parking out back which is convenient and rare in Wellesley. The employees are always helpful and friendly, if not overly outgoing [which I like better, honestly]. That applies to both store employees and pharmacy employees. I've had some nightmarish pharmacy experiences at other locations, but have not had any hiccups since I switched to this one. I only had to wait 10 minutes outside and five minutes inside. The people giving the shots were professional quick and pleasant. also they had the instant Covid tests in stock for $30. I haven't been able to find those anywhere. This pharmacy also makes herbal remedies and compounds. I'm going to try their sleep time vegetarian capsules that support sleep anxiety and stress. It is consistently stocked with all of my favorite snacks and drugstore items. The shelves are extremely neat and everything is so easy to find. The pharmacy technicians are so patient and are kind. Picking up your prescription here is a very smooth process. They also have a pharmacy drive-thru, which I have not used, but is pretty cool nonetheless! The pharmacist was so helpful, kind, and informative. This location seems to have medication that others don't carry! The pharmacist was really helpful in trying to find the medication they prescribed me and we actually ended up going back there again for something else the next day. Although this is further away from where I live, it's worth the drive. I wish I could remember his name because he deserves recognition for amazing service! He filled it right away and we were able to pick it up immediately and get home quickly. Thank you!

I used to have to wait 25 minutes in line on a regular basis, and sometimes the prescriptions weren't even ready girl even if we got texts saying they were ready. Calling CVS on the phone was an exercise in frustration. Sometimes I used to joke that they should give out something to relax customers since they were stressing them out so much by making them wait. I just want to mention I know they were short staffed, and I have some compassion for that often. Their phones were just rang and rang for 25 minutes. You would be waiting in line and just see that they never answered their phones, so being shortstaffed is one thing, but one of the pharmacist was rude on a regular basis, and made a mistake that caused a lot of stress and inconvenience. Versus--The customer service at WCP is night and day compared to CVS. They also do local deliveries on the house. It's a clean well lit place. It's not like a huge Walgreens or CVS. This is a smaller local place that could be your cheers ( in the arena a pharmacies:) Here you'll be welcomed by name. When I had Covid Narik even called me to see how I was! You're not going to get that kind of service at a corporate pharmacy!
