I am being truly open about this CVS I am not an employee, nor am I paid to give an opinion, nor am I a competitor of theirs.. surely if I were a competitor it would not be a positive review. CVS West Central Street, Franklin, Ma. is my #1 pharmacy, I have unintentionally had my prescriptions filled at other pharmacies over the years with different Doctors who were clearly not awake or paying attention to where I would like my prescriptions filled, and they lacked the personality and the Friendly service (with a smile). The pharmacy at W.Central CVS is not the only attraction for me, the great staff that they have running the rest of the place is Friendly and Always Helpful when I call upon them for something I need. An employee has even helped me when she was literally done for the day working but stopped to give this old man a hand in finding some things I needed... and that was not the only time with the different employees over the years. I recommend CVS West Central Franklin Ma .. It has almost become a second home for me.. I walk in and they are smiling , and they say Good Morning (whatever time of day it is).. and when I am leaving - Have a nice day /evening.. weekend.. They are all Fabulous people there willing to help with your needs.. When I am shopping at other large stores.. I find myself comparing them to the CVS on W.Central Street Franklin, Ma. The store had a very nice bright appearance and the parking lot was ample. Got my item, went through the self checkout register and got out.... One thing that I really like about the CVS app is that as long as you choose the digital coupons you want, they all register automatically and very well in their computer. Very rarely I've had an issue with coupons that are not coming through.....I did my homework before walking into the store and I ended up saving about $6 on a purchase that someone else would have paid full price for...

Amazingly, there was no waiting line and the employees were very efficient about processing my return. I appreciated the prompt, efficient service. I also saw the signs advertising the "sensory friendly" hours, from 8 a.m. - 10 a.m. that Walmart is now offering every day. I was thrilled to learn about this special service for shoppers, and I certainly wish that more stores would offer these benefits. Many people--including those with autism and migraines--will enjoy shopping at this time. In a world where "unplugging" can be so hard to do, I appreciate that Walmart is making an effort to help reduce the sensory overload problem. Perhaps this will be the start of a new trend in retailing; I hope so!

Yesterday I picked up a script, and the pharmacy staff met me at the desk with my script in hand with a smile even though I hadn't been there in months. I love that. This is my pharmacy store now. Prices in Walgreens I've found are otherwise NOT competitive at all, Aside from Rite Aid, They are pretty pricey. I do however love their seasonal section. Most of the decor is 10 bucks or less and they have a lot of different candy options in the same aisle. They were selling pumpkins at the end of the season for a buck at the register. Cashier was super friendly and helpful to assist when one of my devices needed a charger I couldn't find there.

I go there and they haven't even started to fill it yet. The second time I tried to fill a perscription they tried to charge me a $150.00 copay. I told them there was no co pay so after waiting a while they said there was a $10.00 copay. I told them insurange covered it. He said if I wanted the perscription I HAD to pay the copay, so I did. The next week I get a check from Walgreens for the copay. Today I tried a third time to fill another perscription. I get a call to come get it. omce there they said I needed my Medicare card, which I did not have with me so they refused to Fill the perscription. Why didn't they tell me to bring the card when they told me the perscription was ready and come get it. Stay away from this place.

Let me just lay out the negatives: The deli selections aren't up to pay with the quality of the rest if the market. Boars Head just blows whatever Hannaford has out of the water. They don't always keep up with stocking meat. I've gone there many times looking for fresh chicken tenders or shaved steak only to see none was left. Last negative, the parking lot. Poorly designed, full of idiots who can't drive or park, and gets worse when there's snow. Besides those things, Hannaford is a good market to have close to your house.

They searched to find a medication for my dog. That is a very hard to find medication. They were able to secure his prescription within 24 hours. They were all incredibly nice. I give them the highest recommendation. Also, the store also gets high accolades for me for their bright, modern appearance, cleanliness, friendly staff, selection of specialty foods, fair prices, and wonderful self check out even though the parking lot is always a little busy. It is well worth a visit to this wonderful store. Special thanks to the Pharmacy ladies for helping me and my dog this week.
